Sorry, i was asking if it’s compatible with WPML to provide it in different languages as this is where most of these chat scripts fall down, in that they are not multi language.
Or maybe is can be set up in another way for multi language websites?

It should appear in the back-end after installation. You might have a plugin that clashes with it. Try to disable/ enable some things to see if you find the cause.

No, they are the same expect that the PHP version has cross-domain support.
For that reason the PHP version is better suited for a very busy site because you can install it on a separate server or separate domain if you wish.
The PHP PRO version is the best of the three.

Please check your spam folder.
We just re-tested again to double check and confirm that emails are being sent.
Please keep in mind that your server has to be setup and able to send and receive emails. Further, some servers may be have config issues that can block emails sent to @gmail addresses.
If you still can’t get emails you should contact your server admin or hosting provider.

These files are not a part of the chat plugin! So the error seems un-related.
Regardless, you should open your wp-config.php file and make sure DEBUG is set to false. That will make PHP errors go away.

You can buy the wordpress plugin version which does not require pasting any code snippet – basically, it works like any other wordpress plugin – you activate it from the wordpress admin and your ready to go.
Or, you can buy the PHP version and install it outside of your wordpress installation. Then you can paste the code snippet into your wordpress pages.
Both versions will work for a wordpress site, so it is a matter of what you prefer.
