How do I upgrade to a new version?


To upgrade without doing a clean install please follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Before upgrading – copy or move the data/config folder to a safe place. 2. Download the updated version from CodeCanyon, and upload to your server, overwriting the old files. 3. Move the data/config folder back to it’s proper location which assures keeping your database, presets and uploads intact. 4. If you’re upgrading from version 1.04 or earlier, you’ll need to replace the widget code snippet. To do so, click the global settings link ,copy the new code, and it paste into your webpages.

Is there a WordPress plugin version?


No. A dedicated WordPress plugin version will be released soon. However you can deploy the widget on any site including WordPress sites by copying and pasting the widget code just before the closing </body> tag on your page.

For your convenience you may used the free WordPress plugin called insert-headers-and-footers.

Download it free here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers Activate the plugin. Find the plugin in your admin settings menu and paste the chat widget code in the footer section.

How do I invite a visitor to a chat?


Before you can invite visitors to chat you need to activate the invite feature from the global settings page.
Make sure both ‘Allow operators to invite visitors to chat’ and ‘Track all website users’ options are selected.
You can invite visitors to a chat by clicking on their location on the interactive world map or from the visitors page. A modal window will open where you can enter a welcome message that will appear on the visitor’s chat widget.
