I bought the rating plugin. But I can not upload it on WP.
If I do upload it it says 413 Request Entity Too Large

Hi. Can i use my own icons instead of stars?
Yes there is options to change the icons to any FontAwesome icon or you can add your own images.
Hi, I want to write “Best Of” style articles with a few different reviews for different products in the same post. Is this possible?
Are you asking if you can display reviews of other posts within another post? Currently this is not possible, but you can set a dummy value for a review so it appears like it’s pulling the data from another post.
Is it possible to insert all the different review elements separately (overall score, summary, visitor score, criterion scores, etc.) to suit our page design using Elementor?
I would like to be able to place all the different elements separately according to where we need them, rather than everything in one big block all together. Your descriptions suggest that this is possible but it’s not really clear.
Yes you can do this. Please sign up to our support site at https://ghostpool.ticksy.com. Once logged in, create a new ticket at https://ghostpool.ticksy.com/submit and I’ll answer your questions.
Great, thank you. We purchased it over the weekend, so will have a play with it and create a ticket if we have any questions.
For some reason the review plugin do not work with my site version you can have a look here – https://canadianslots.site/

Hi, was checking back to purchase hoping to see the comparison table with horizontal scrolling.
(we referred you to look at Rehub themes horizontal comparison tables as an example.)
What’s the status of this releasing soon?
Also solution for Woocommerce review rating to display on the shop page or product page?
1) Currently there are no plans to add horizontal scrolling on comparison table. Sorry about this, I’m busy with other projects at the moment.
2) This would require paid customisation, which I can do if you decide to purchase the plugin.
Hi, on mobile which is what most people use, don’t you see how hard it is to actually compare if they’re not side by side?
How many hours would it take you to make it in horizontal table form?
Woocommerce feature we totally understand and will consider.
It would take quite a few hours of work I would imagine. I would love to add every feature requested but currently I’m working on other projects and not doing feature updates to this plugin.
Hi, although my theme using has default review form but I want to modify some thing like this https://codecanyon.net/item/ratings-reviews-plugin-for-wordpress/25458834 is this possible by this plugin Regards
Can you be more specific. What do you want this plugin to modify?
Hi Thanks for reply i am looking any one of them modification 1.in the existing theme review form wants average of each criterion and overall rating in the form of bar (I may need short codes for this) or 2. I have to create new form where I can sow average of all concretion along with average of overall rating.
You can set multiple criteria and display an average overall rating.
The theme requires either Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder to generate the rating elements – it does not use shortcodes.
Hi. I have a real estate theme. Can I install this plugin and have review of listed properties ?
This plugin allows you to add a rating interface to individual pages/posts/custom post types which can be rated by yourself from the backend of your visitors. You can also display rated items in a list.
I have a few questions prior to purchase. Thank you in advance.
I have a directory site built using ‘MyListing’ theme. In each of the listing, there is a ‘Reviews’ tab.
Here’s an example https://main.mylistingtheme.com/listing/liman-restaurant/#reviews
Be default, the theme makes it mandatory for any visitor to signup an account first before they can leave a review.
1. Will this addon work with the theme?
2. I see in your addon it’s possible for visitors to leave reviews in comments. Will this work for the ‘Reviews’ tab where all the reviews will be displayed?
1) If you cannot insert elements into the Review tab via WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor it should work.
2) If this is the pages comment form then yes it should display on the Reviews tab.
Hi, I am interested in this plugin and wondered if its possible to make changes to the “Review Template 5”? I dont need the site or user review sections and would also like to be able to add another “descrition” text table and also a button. Would this be possible for me to do?
Absolutely. You can edit any of the review templates using WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor and add to and remove any of the parts of the template.
I left a ticket but calling it out here as well, just in case you didn’t see it there. This plugin does not let Elementor load the Elementor widgets. If I disable the plugin, the widgets load fine. I’m not sure what’s going on here.
I’ve responded to your ticket.
Quick pre-sale question. If a user leaves a review on a brand page, can the brand somehow reply to the review? Similar to the functionality seen here: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.sedo.com
Thank you for the help. Cheers.
Yes. Users can review a brand page via the comments. You can allow replies to comments and therefore the reviews.
Is it possible to have different color stars depending on the users rating? For example, a 1-2 star rating shows red stars, 3-4 star rating shows orange star and 5 star rating shows a gold star.
There is no option to do this unfortunately.
Can I require users must be signed in to leave a review via an elementor review template I create? Or do I have to use comments for reviews in order to require users be logged in to add a review?
You can require a user must be logged in to leave a rating via the Elementor review template.
To be clear a user can only leave ratings via a review template. For a user to leave an actual text review you will need to use the comment review features.
This looks good, but I have a question about the functionality. In the Demo files I can see nice looking templates, for example the one with the big “9” as a score.
My question: is it possible to let the users/visitors determine this score by means of the comment—star review? (So this is different from the Yes/No choice which requires no comment) So that a comment, together with a star rating results in 1) a comment of the visitor and 2) a review score which is than added to the sum of the customer comment-review-score on top of the page?
If this is possible, then is it also possible to have this score to be indexes by google with the rich snippets?
Thanks in advance for your answer!
If I understand correctly, you want to display the average comment rating within a review template as a number and stars. If so, this is possible. This rating can also be used for rich snippets.
Confirmed Compatible With Elementor 3.0?
Yes it is compatible with Elementor 3.0 and above
Can review lists be paginated? How do you handle review lists with a lot of (100+) reviews?
If I drop a review list table into a page via Elementor, can that list be paginated?
(Can the list be paginated vs the entire page.)
Review lists cannot be paginated currently. This is something I’m looking into adding.

Something like this: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bunches.co.uk where a paginated list is displayed on a companies page.
*List of user generated reviews of a single product/business.
Thanks for the help. FYI, I asked these questions before buying. Will use support site from now on. Cheers.
