Bad code, difficult to start and hard to customize.

Author response
It's a shame you feel this way – it contradicts most of our reviews which usually revolve around the code and ease of customisation.
Could we ask that you give us feedback so we may address any issue you have?
Thanks.
Awesome coding and impeccable documentation. I had the form embedded in my website in less than 10 minutes, and most of that time was spent signing up with Google for reCAPTCHA. I purchased the same author's AJAX form years ago. The new version is so much more elegant and blends seamlessly into my site. Many thanks!

Thanks for your kind review :)
Very clear documentation. Does what it says. Also has a very clear step by step guide on how to set up Google Captcha.
I have been struggling doing a form like this for ages... ended up submitting and took a chance purchasing this... and it was the best money I have spent in ages, saved me hours of work.
Jigowatt came back to me very quickly when I had a problem and was really helpful and the form works great.
Use this guy, he knows what he is doing!
Good script and super easy to use and customize to your own needs.

Thanks for the rating and comment!
Was there anything which was missing that you would have had to get it to 5 stars? :-)
I can only assume that this product was better in the past than it is now, because it's RIDDLED with bugs.
Doesn't work out of the box, several very obvious bugs and a pretty lacklustre approach to fixing them from what recent comments would indicate.
I've spent 2 hours fixing the bugs and there are still issues.
In my opinion in its current state this is not a commercial product and you'll get better code free on github.
Nice codeing. Very good commented.

"Hang on! Something went wrong!"
Used the standard original files. Not working.
Wasted my time!
Well documented and just works. Highly recommend.
It's verry fine and responsiv!
thanks
Great Work... Thank You!
It is unthinkable not to to have Bootstrap support in mobile applications era.
You have to be a developer to customise the form handler and it's not documented at all. There are better ones available than this. In addition, there were issues with open_basedir/curl and an unset variable (protocol). Fixed by myself.

Hi. You don't have to be a developer, we've had a number of non-developers get the form working on their site in the past.
If you experience issues, we're here to help, and will often get you up and running.
If you need to customise the form for your particular use-case then we often help with that too, within reason.
