I want add multi role to one user and different role have different expiry date (Role A expiry date is 2019/02/03 , Role B expiry date is 2019/05/04) About expiry I want set specific date (example 2019/3/25) Not use Range time (30 day after ) Can i do this?

Hi,

UMP is a membership system based on Levels and has nothing to do with roles. Each user instead can have multiple levels assigned.

1. Functionality – Does UMP allow a user to pay to view a single restricted page or post?

For example, there are 5 restricted pages that cost $1 each to view. The user wants to view 3 of the 5 pages, and pays $3 on either a one-time or recurring basis. Is this or some variation of this possible with UMP?

2. Support – How long does it take for your team to respond to a support request? What information is needed to ensure that you respond with specific answers and not more clarifying questions?

UMP sales Subscriptions. If you set one Level for each page, user may buy the right Level to get access on a specific page.

2. Even if the support time for envato items is around 2-3 working days, most of the requests are handled in less than 24hrs.

Hi, I am experiencing issues with customers being charged more than once on Stripe. This appears to be related to customers clicking the signup/register button more than once during the registration process but it is causing quite a bit of trouble and often extends their membership duration beyond the initial one month and I have to refund them.

I have already added a thank you page for post registration but is there any way to stop this issue occurring?

I don’t want to renew support if this is something that you cannot help with and tried to raise the ticket on your support site but even though it says “Please, keep in mind that the support services for Envato products is not mandatory. ” it will not let me submit.

The Register form does not even allow to click on submit button if is used an email already available into the website. So, you can no register using the same email address and no charge is done on this case. You can have a try on demo website which takes few seconds.

So, is definitely nothing from UMP side, but if you have any concern, you can request help to support team via Support system.

Sorry but the only way this can occur is from UMP…. it creates one registered user in UMP but creates multiple users (with subscriptions) in Stripe. They all have UMP subscription – ihc_plan_706

The experience in UMP is that the user gets assigned additional months – so instead of purchasing 1 month at a time they purchase x. They compound.

Could this be caused by latency with impatient users clicking multiple times?

I am happily pay for support renewal but to be told it is nothing to do with you would feel like a waste of monies…

UMP has already integrated 10 different payment gateways. If you want to use any other payment alternative you can sell UMP Levels via Woo Checkout page.

Hello, the promo code function doesn’t work on our site. It says «Promo code applied» on the sign up form, but the price remains the same.

Update : The promo codes that we added since the last update don’t work. The old one we already have works (even thought they have the exact same configuration)

Update 2 : The promo codes work if we choose to apply the promo codes to recurring payments. If we choose 1 time only, it doesn’t work. I’m sure this is a bug.

There is an additional module available, where you may limit no of page views based on Levels. Still, the module is applied for the entire website and not only for specific pages.

Let’s say I have 1000 videos. I want users to buy a subscription for 1,5 or 10 videos. after watching X videos their subscription will need a renew.

UMP helps you to restrict part of the content or entire pages, and subscriptions is related to date and time. So, it can not be applied a such approach related to how many videos have been triggered.

Between systems will be automatically synchronized the default WP users data but not custom fields.

Yes, you can set specific type of Levels with a static date range in order to expire o a certain time no matter when user subscribed to it.

You have extra options to not allow users to remove their Levels and also to not buy the same level again, so you may avoid the situation when the same user subscribe to a trial level twice.

One more question…I just unlocked under general options access to WP Dashboard. When editor is login (using your plugin login page) and request access to dashboard (by clicking Dashboard Icon at the top admin bar) standard WP login screen appears and editor have to login again to get access to all posts needed to be edited. How to skip this second login screen and give editor access to Dashboard without forcing them to login again

We also need a link to your hooks and filters as mentioned in a comment here recently. Where are they?

Is there a way for this plugin to pull in the PayPal ID numbers? Reason why, if someone pays using another card and name and then uses a different name and email as the user login there is no way to track who’s who for our system.

Woo itself is a system that knows to manage one-time payments, so on this case, customer will need to buy that associated product any time when his level is gonna to expire.
