Tried too many times to contact support, only to hear back a month later, asking if I had resolved the problem or did I still need help. Contact them again, another month goes by with the same reply. After 3-4 times I gave up...
Simple to use and very easy to maintain.
Fantastic script! Doing exactly as advertised and keeping a website within the confines of the law!
The script is easy to install. Took me a day to figure out exactly what to do in order to set it up, but since completing, it is working without issues.
Excellent and friendly support!
It's a good script, but quite heavy-weight and slows down the loading time of your page.
Big custom fonts used, fontawesome fully included for only a few icons and so on.
If there would be a smaller/faster version I would give it 5 stars with pleasure.

Waste of time and money! A lot of errors (TOO MANY) which can't be "checked" (dev asking even clients for "staging/test" site, even when clear proofs of errors have been delivered ???). Wrong info (creating a lot of confusion) regarding the documentation - wrong files explanation! Lower support answers and answer time frame. Definitely NOT Multi-Language system - owner NEEDS to set on its own the language used (init_xx.js)! This is NOT the multi-language feature meaning! Multi-language means: users get their own language from a drop-down menu! Which is not the case here!
As said: waste of time and money.
It took a long time but with the help of the customer support, the plugin works.
The support does not answer in a manner that you could expect to fix bugs and issues in the native JS you offer with this product. Furthermore, the support times are not acceptable - too much time is wasted here 3+ days or more. They extend to answer questions with answer back nonsense questions that does not help to fix the issue.
The product does not work at all according the EU law. When a user change the decision to reject the permission for the cookies, this script still let the cookies active working. That makes no sense at all.
Further Createit-pl claim in the comments and confirmed through email that with a click of the button "accept" its possible that the cookie are accepted all at once with a click of the button. This is not the case.
Finally, i would give the product back.
I regret i purchased this product and would never ever purchase it again.

As I investigated, the only ticket created on this issue it was sent to us on Friday near the closing hours of the Support Forum.

When testing the latest version of the plugin in our test environment we didn't found any problems with blocking or unblocking the cookies. Due to this fact, our Support Team asked you for the link and access to your website. This allows us to investigate the problem directly where it's happening which in this situation is a standard procedure and not a "nonsense question that does not help to fix the issue".
The same issue can be caused by many things so that's why we rather investigate the problem directly than guessing what might happen there, and still at the end, the reason might be completely different.
We still stand behind this reply. Yes, it can be achieved, but it requires to add the cookies to the correct setting in the init.js file. This is explained in the 'Group Setting' section of the plugin documentation: https://gdpr-js.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Page/cookies.html#group-settings Than this group need to be set in 'default_group' which as we explain "will be the default active group selected when the cookie consent is given." so as I understand will do what you expected to achieve.

Bloated, heavy, loads tons of un-necessary code. Replaced by a 7kb script that do better the same job.
