1. Yes, it can be used for different language versions, cookie popup will be shown in the language of the selected version.
2. At the moment we do not have scheduled any updates for JS script (because we mostly get feature requests for the WordPress version), but if ever we get some improvement ideas, we’re open to consider them for next version.

A question for the above point. well if a visitor will not click on the accept or just ignores the cookie pop-up, will all cookies be active and not blocked?
By default all cookies are blocked, so if you ignore the popup, they will still be blocked.
As I have seen you offer 14 Language versions. Can I add by myself other language versions?

Do you refer to our demo or you installed plugin on your website? Translations are available for cookie popup and other parts of the plugin to you use multilingual websites, our demo is not multilingual, but English only.

The product does not work at all according the EU law. When a user change the decision to reject the permission for the cookies, this script still let the cookies active working. That makes no sense at all.

Please note that some cookies may be cached in your browser memory, so you need to refresh to page to see the changes. Also – please make sure that you correctly set values for 3rd party cookies – you need to define additional info in order to block them correctly.

Does the purchased license apply to subdomains (where we place separate landing pages)? Single license is required for each individual product and license key can be used only in one site at the same time. If you have different landing pages in subdomains, I’d assume they are different separate products, but you don’t need to specify exact subdomain for each license to use it. Hi! if our support requested access to your website, it means that they were not able to recreate the problem on our test environment, so issue is probably specific to your setup, Without any test access – we won’t be able to see what kind of settings are you using and if there are any scripts that could cause the issues.
