if issue is related to tool you can do that via whatsapp or email , you will find these contacts on the description section, if the issue is related to your twilio api you need to contact twilio official support from twilio.com

The lmiys of sending is the limit of your twilio api, if your twilio api is unlimited you can send as yoi want, if is a limit of 1000 per day, so you can’t pass it
