Thank you Team Shine, I made a great purchase , a very basic neat & clean optimizer add on.
I bought it's code & it starts working within minutes of installation.
In my case it clears the data base, transient option along with tour's expired availability etc.
I would suggest Team Shine to make this add-on works on it's own because sometimes we just don't want to login to WordPress each time to press Clear Now :)

Note: If some one is looking to get a higher page speed ratings or something like other cache plugins workaround (CSS/JS related) this is not the option. It works mainly on the database side. These are the options you will get after activating this add-on:
-Clear all post revisions
-Clear all auto draft posts and posts in trash
-Clear spam comments and comments in trash
-Clear expired transient options
-Clear expired tour availability
-Clear duplicate data
-Clear tour data
