forget about this plugin, it’s just a joke, it does not work.
How does this work? Where can I find the documentations for it?
I was seriously thinking about buy your theme but selling optimizer to clean up your miss is bad idea. secondly your tone language when talking with customers is aggressive and rude. you should invest in customer support skills not selling codes
We just purchased Traveler 2.9.1. do we need to purchease this add on? or does this optimization already in the latest version ??

I think this should be packed with WordPress theme. you always make change and fix issue buy creating addon? this is not fair surely we will never buy this useless Plugin. I think You can pack in main theme.
I already use wp rocket. Can be used together or not?
Friends i dont recomend . After 3 months my support finished and i didnt extend beucase my site was ready. After i updated 2.8.1 my site down. I said ok no problem(but very big problem ) i started from the begining everything is ok till install mix service(i tried many many times it always alert brb> brb> ) . I did many times never happened this before when i have support , i didnt understand why happened after my support finished. If you want me extend support time please tell my that openly and i dont spend my time for these problems. NO THANK YOU
This functionality was included in the theme, but now after update to the version 2.7.9 this function is deleted from theme…will you also remove other functions of the thema and make it paid in the future?

Sorry for our late response, please have look at these information:
We have optimize feature which simply and basic function in Theme (from old version)
Then, we have decided to update separate Optimize option as new Add-on with fully function for customer to get better experience and benefits.
We build new add-on which have more option and profit for customer who are willing to pay and try new function. We not supposed to remove function to get paid, please be clear for us on this.

1. This should have been an improvement to the existing theme. Are you saying that we bought a slow and lots of bugs theme then you will offer to us a database perfomance add-on this time? This is ridiculous and very disappointing. Why on earth would you do that? 2. You have been putting add-ons recently even your main traveler theme is the most buggy theme ever. Why not stabilise the traveler theme before releasing new add-ons? 3. Support is horrible. It looks like that when you submit a ticket with information that you hardly written and explain it in more detail, Support would answer but not even related to the question and I don’t know if they understand what was written. Spent more time to write it but Support won’t even answer all questions. Lots of ignoring happens.

See that response, a scripted and a pre-sales talk. The theme is very appealing on the demo but when you use it after purchase, its mind-buggling, lots of bugs, can’t even change the affiliate ID on the booking.com api., the blog page still on the dead and old theme. I think Shinetheme is a one man show, Support sucks, mess documentation, lots of hard to understand articles. Not worth the price if you will end up spending loads because of bugs. Totally not recommended!
This is amazing, I haven’t seen anything like this here yet. Instead of optimizing the topic as it has been done by all other authors, one still has to pay extra. It’s all the same that he will buy a car and then pay extra to remove it from the hand brake. Next time you offer to buy a new add-on to optimize the add-on “Traveler Optimize”?

After a long time of development Traveler theme. Our product now can use with any kind of travel business with Tour, Hotel, Room, Car, Rental, Activity, Flight.
At that time, we are got so many requests to add extra functions from many clients. Almost all of the clients can not do it, and they asking us to make customize jobs, but we can not do it for them, then they are going to outsource by hiring someone else with a very high cost to get it done.
We think about that and we are decided to invest our time and our sources to develop more functions like Add-ons for every who ready want that function with minimum cost and save time. Our Add-ons will just use for people who really want it. We don’t want integrated all-in-one because that will not good for the performance of the theme.
We will invest all our time to make an Eco-System for Travel with WordPress and all clients just focus on growing their business.
So what about Traveler Theme core update:
Yes, we will continue working on updating our theme for much better about functionality and theme layouts to continue to bring more profit to clients.

This function should be included in the theme or, in any case, should not be almost 50% of the total value of the template. If you as developers have created a system that generates so much garbage to have to be cleaned, you should not try to sell me something later to fix something that you are generating yourself.
