It’s an interesting module. We’ve had it for a while, but we can’t use it. The language issue is important, and we have to fix it with every update. It would be great if it were available in Spanish and other languages.

The demo doesn’t seem to be working. Can you change the labels for example if i wanted it to manage a group of contractors instead of landlords?

Hi, in this next update please have the Web to Vendor form feature. It easier to send the vendor a form link in a introduction email and they click link to fill out. Then we can approve or disapprove the vendor. Did you implement this yet?

Hi, when vendors sign agreements the system does not automatically change contract status to signed. When you go to contracts list there is no status showing which ones are signed. Please when you go to commodity group a blank spreadsheet pops up and you cannot add anything. Please fix these bugs asap and issue an update. Thanks

The Biggest Downfall! #1 No Timers to record clock in and out times #2 No Custom Fields are allowed or show up. If these 2 issues were fixed to add to invoice it would be almost perfect for a service company
Things Like NTE Not To Exceed Budgets given on every service this is the key to all Successful Service company If NTE is reached we need an estimate. This is how Commercial works
Because it can not have custom fields and Timers this is completely useless to me and my teams. But it works for simple small 1-5 men businesses.

1. We need something that we can submit daily work comments along with photos for that day to see progress for each job until job is completed. Does this allow for that? Customer needs to log in and check progress on job each day if they want. worker/manager worker logs in -> goes to current job (project) -> enter daily comments and uploads daily photos for that day -> submits the information. Customer/landlord customer logs in -> goes to job (project) -> clicks daily or something for that job -> can see date or day clicks on it -> shows daily comments and photo to verify progress.

Helping tradies to manage their job is a good idea, its better to make more convenient. 1. Please check the demo, so that we can test. Its not working. Php error to add properties 2. The user should be able to add everything from job section, so that they don’t have to go around, eg. ad job : job type (ad new job type) Proerty: add new property, Landlord, add new landlord, specialist, add new button will help people to make it better.

Hi, can you please issue refund if you cannot fix this. We just purchased and you made a big mistake when making this. Great module idea but, you should have made independent database for features and not rename the core features that are already present in Perfex(or at leas cloned them to be indpendent). You did not say that this module basically just renames the name of tasks to jobs, customers to landlords, Projects to properties, etc. This module should be independent for we have need for the company to manage tasks and projects outside of this module.
This does not work well with perfex saas installations as well for you require the license to only be on the main site. So if you just wanted it on a sub perfex install it will not work. The error says invalid license when it actually is only being used on that one installation instance on a perfex saas tenant its being used on.
If you cannot release an update fix for this soon and plan not to, then please issue the refund. Thanks

This architectural design is intentional, allowing tradespeople to focus solely on the core features they use daily. It is clearly stated in the module description:
- This module modifies Perfex core features, so install on a fresh Perfex instance - This module (like many others) isn’t designed for the SaaS version
While we understand this solution may not meet your specific needs, the engineering implementation remains correct for its intended purpose.

If you don’t post a roadmap where people are able to give feedback and see how you as a developer executes improvements, you will not be taken seriously with your previous response.
If we buy this now with its limitations, there is no guarantee when improvements will be made and our business will be slowed by your lack of progress.
Hi there, the next major feature we are working on for this module is the API functionality. This will enable users to create jobs through job creation forms from external websites or landing pages. Additionally, if the landlord associated with the job does not already exist in Perfex when such a job creation form is submitted, the system will create them automatically during job submission. Bad and old process that’s a waste of more time. The comments section commenters are the wider real world audience that reflect what your product needs for they are the buyers of your product, not your team. Post a public feature request voting system instead of telling commenters to email your team of coders. Good luck!

Okay, I have installed this but in your latest version have issue while changing email field name in table to contact_email.
ERROR LOG: Severity: error—> Exception: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘COLUMN `email` TO `contact_email`’ at line 1
I fixed it myself but if you install on fresh perfex crm you will see it!
