TotalSurvey does not have any integrations with myCred or any similar plugin and we aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. We do have another plugin called TotalPoll that might suit your need best.

It allows people to submit votes and they can see the results in different formats and oders.

It’s possible to use our scoring and grading add-on to display a certain result depending on a user’s answers.

You’ll have to add a score to each response and create a grading for each product recommandation.

This is not what I want, I want that the survey box information to appear as a popup on the right bottom corner of the screen. Like, if any user visit the site, survey will popup from right bottom, and they can fill the information easily.

For the tablet and mobile versions, the survey box should be positioned at the center and bottom of the screen.

I have attached screenshots for the reference, and I appreciate if you could implement the survey box similarly like the Google.

We do not yet have dynamically filled fields. However, There is conditional jump logic to take you to a different page in the survey based on the input provided by the user.
