Hello, Yes it is very easy, you are not creating the google forms from inside the app. you are creating it as usual from google website and then you provide to the app the url of the google form. Google Forms support images yes.

For now it’s only for android. What do you mean new pages? Extra tabs like the profile tab? Tell me what you have in mind and i will consider make it. For now you can’t add more tabs

For collecting feedback from the users you will use an online form like Google forms. Google forms has the feature to upload files. So yes it can be done.
