No customer support at all! I extended and bought extra support, no answer to my errors and emails for over two weeks now!

Script is good and running smoothly, But very poor Customer support, dont even bother to reply.
However, when they didnt respond, I resolved the issues by myself.

Had very serious issues installing this app on a Linux server but worked perfectly on a Windows one. I had to figure out on my own how to fix it because they have a poor customer support service. After a few emails explaining that I read the entire documentation and the problem still there, they asked me access to my hosting to install it. Really? Why should I trust someone else my hosting? Anyway, the documentation is poor and the pictures are not from the program they provide.
Also, it has some several PHP bugs and the tag used in for diplaying notifications is deprecated in most of browsers.
