Hi, please send me detail instructions for installing the testimonial slider. Why wouldn’t they be included in the download??

Hi. The documention is already on your purchase package: https://gyazo.com/aa332068898c4769f8ab7b2d53a5f636 . If you not see the folder documentation, please download the package again (please remember to choose download all documentation and code).

Is there a way to display the testimonials as a list as well?

Hi. Unfortunately, there is no way to do that.

I am getting the error:

Warning: Use of undefined constant tiva_testimonials_list – assumed ‘tiva_testimonials_list’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /app/public/wp-content/plugins/tiva-testimonials-slider/tiva-testimonials-slider.php on line 41

Hi,

To fix it, please modify line 41 of file wp-content/plugins/tiva-testimonials-slider/tiva-testimonials-slider.php:

From:
tiva_testimonials_list // Function
To:
'tiva_testimonials_list' // Function

Where is the best place in the code files to adjust the background height of the testimonials? I have a client that provided a long testimonial however the content goes just outside of the box at the bottom of the testimonial and need to adjust the height which should have been set to “auto” height adjustment.

Received your reply… Fix is not quite there yet… Replied to your email…

Is there any way to have more than one slider on the same page with different testimonials in each slider?

Hi. Unfortunately, there is no way to do it.

Just purchased the script. However, I want to use with normal html not JSON or PHP. I already have a content management system to provide the data and I just wanted this script to make things happen on the front end. How do I achieve this or can it not be done? Thanks.

What is CMS you use? If it is WP, you can use this plugin for WP: https://codecanyon.net/item/tiva-testimonials-slider-for-wordpress/16271930. If not, you need intergrate this Javascript version into your CMS base on guide on our demo: http://tivatheme.com/tiva-testimonials-slider

Hi, it’s not WP. I don’t want to use JSON and instead want to use static data for SEO purposes. So are you saying you can only use the 2 methods JSON or PHP in your script? If so, your script is not workable for me. Could I have a refund please?

Unfortunately, we can’t refund with this reason. You need investigate feature of product carefully before purchase it.

Hi – I’m really struggling to get your testimonial slider to work properly. I’m not sure why, the instructions are quite clear! Can you take a look at our source really quickly please? http://www.ecoaforum.com/

Hi. We have checked your website and seen that there is error when loading testimonials.json (https://gyazo.com/6970fcaac4a6e7fb612ab78e8bde8e1d )
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://www.crfhealth.com/testimonials/testimonials.json. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://www.ecoaforum.com' is therefore not allowed access.
It may because the path is wrong or the permission of file.

Odd. I CHMOD 777 and still same error. When I try to change the paths back to ecoaforum.com (same files hosted there), I get a blank as well. The site is unbounce hosted, I wonder if that makes a difference.

Could you give us the FTP to email tivatheme@gmail.com ? We will check it.

I don’t want to load from json file? Would you show me the advice?

You can create testimonials in json file or feed from your database via php file. You can contact us via email tivatheme@gmail.com. We will send you the example.

Looks great and is on my shopping list to buy in next couple of weeks. GLWS

Thank you very much.

Awesome!! GLWS.
