This one doesn´t answer questions. Not here and not in mail. Dont buy if you need some help. I´m glad that it was´t expensive. Enjoy my 12 bucks.

Sorry for not replying so fast, i was very busy and didn’t have the time to answer your questions,

I appreciate the reply to my earlier question. I did get that one worked out. Here is the thing I’m stuck on right now:

I’m trying to get the musicplayer to work with streaming an mp3 file. I noticed on the code canyon page you said that it works now remotely. Is there anything special I need to do to tell it to play a remote mp3 file? Currently if I just put a full URL as the file path it actually has to download the entire file before playing. The mp3’s I play in my app are over 50MB so it takes a long time before it plays with the current musicplayer code.

My understanding is for audio to truly stream you need to switch the code from creating a sound player to an audio player so it’ll start streaming right away and not have to download the entire file first.

Before I dive into your code does it make that toggle between local and remote? How can I get it to stream a remote mp3?

Streaming the song is not available through this code, you should take a look at the audio player functionality, at the time i wrote it not all the funcitonality like the seeking bar was available while using the audio player.

The only way i can think of streaming through titanium is to use advanced sockets to partially download and stream your music file. or check if the Audioplayer is now allowing streaming from the getgo

Just purchased this, opened in Xcode and…

1. This is setup for iPad NOT iPhone! 2. Xcode crashed out twice! 3. Once I finally got it to run it has an error of ‘Shell Script Invocation Error’

After reading the description I thought I could incorporate this into my project with ease, I am very disappointed this is not the case.

I would like a refund? This app is not useable unless someone at Kiwi can help me, I can send my project files for you to view/fix?

Thanks

Once again, this is not for native iPhone and Ipad Development but for the Titanium Framework Build by appcelerator

Ignore the previous, have emailed you instead.

Who do I contact for a refund? This was bought in error!

Your project interests me, can you make a screenshot of the index of titles …

I’d like to add several mp3 and make a list, it is possible? like I said, can show you the track list

thank you

Hi Kacangboi

I purchased this module a while back and had it working fine i am trying to get it to work with the new version of titanium.

there seem to be a problem with the set interval part of the code.
setInterval(function()
    {
        if(!seeking) {
            seeker.value = audioPlayer.getTime();
            Ti.API.info('not seeking');
        };

        if((audioPlayer.getTime() / audioPlayer.getDuration()) * 100 >= 99 && !seeking && seeker.enabled)
        {
            Ti.API.info((audioPlayer.getTime() / audioPlayer.getDuration()) * 100);
            Ti.API.info('seeking');
            resetControlsToDefault();
            playNextSong(array);
            startControls();
            audioPlayer.play();
            seeker.max = audioPlayer.duration;

        }

    },100);

If i comment it out it doesnt keep looping at a crazy speed.

Any suggestions???

Thanks

Manage to fix it myself change the code to the following

setInterval(function(){
        if(!seeking) {
            seeker.value = Math.round(audioPlayer.getTime()) / 1000;
        };
        if((audioPlayer.getTime() / audioPlayer.duration) >= 999 && !seeking && seeker.enabled){
            resetControlsToDefault();
            playNextSong(array);
            startControls();
            audioPlayer.play();
            seeker.max = audioPlayer.duration;
        }
    },100);

Hello,

I am interested in purchasing this music player but was wondering if it offers continuous playback feature? Please let me know! Thanks!

Regards
