Since a couple of weeks, the license key is no longer recognised and the time lines in the site disappeared. I paid the support extension fee, contacted ThemeAwesome, but the support is everything BUT awesome. I’m still waiting.

With this comment i am expressing my deep dissapointment with this plugin because you are not responding to any of our emails. Although we saw the negative comments and issues of the other users we decided to use TimelineAwesome because we were specifically assured, by your sales representative, that the product had the necessary features and capabilities to meet our needs, and that it would work perfectly. Unfortunately, we have found this not to be the case. The product has proven to be completely inadequate and has not met our expectations. Furthermore, our experience with your support team has been extremely unhelpful and unsatisfying. They were unable to assist us in resolving the issue and did not even log into our system to investigate the problem. For a month and a half yor team was just playing with us, making us give varios employees multiple times access to our website. Despite my previous emails asking for help and later expressing my disappointment, I have yet to receive a response. I would like to request request that you take the necessary steps to improve your support services and ensure that your sales representatives are providing accurate and reliable information to potential customers. Thank you for your time and attention.

I wish I believed the reviews prior to buying the plugin.
None of the options as shown in demo works at all – even on the default WordPress themes. I wonder where is the quality check from Envato guys. Really frustrated as one of my professional project suffered just because of this. Let me know how should I proceed for refund.

I submitted a support ticket a week ago. No response. Half the options for the timeline produce a blank screen, the names don’t match up, and none of the options appear to be working properly. The readme.txt says that it’s supported up to WP 5.7, does that mean that this plugin won’t work with modern versions of WordPress?

When I try to edit a page that contains a Timeline shortcode, it returns the following error, making it impossible to edit the page: You need to call the “the_content” function in the current model, for Elementor to work on this page.
I also send a ticket with same message, but maybe someone will have same problem.
