Tried demo, some questions:

1) How can I keep the left main menu open permanently so I can see icons and text 2) How can I setup recurring billing with no ending date 3) How can I hide some left main menu sections

Hello ethanpil,

Opening menu and hiding some items can be done by simple edits in the default theme. but unfortunately timber don’t support recurring billing. It support subscriptions in which new bill created after specific periods.

Best Regards.

Hi there, just purchased your product, but I’m having problems with the installation, I always get this Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /web/htdocs/mysite/home/offerte/timber/configs/Router.php on line 174

Any suggestion to solve it? Thank you in advance

Solved, It was a PHP issue… thanks anyway

No problem, You’re welcome.

Is it possible to make recurring bills? As in the case of a subscription to renew each year? If so, could you, please, tell me how it works with your software? Thank you in advance.

Hello barreoblique,

You can create subscriptions and set Frequency to 1 year to create a bill each year for the client.

Hi, does your product supports Paypal subscription payments?

I have customers who sign up for a service, and are automatically charged, (until they cancel). With no more action needed on their part.

Hi mofoster,

Yes it support subscriptions and paypal payments. But you will be responsible for creating new invoice for the service.

I am very interested in your platform. But the native language of my clients is mostly Spanish.

Is it possible to translate the code myself?

Hello, I just made the purchase but when uploading to my server and entering the URL load Error 404 “Not found”. I tried compressing in ZIP and then unzipping inside the server, but it does not work. Please help!

Hello, did you have a Videos tutorial for installation and configuration because I can’t install the script in godaddy host and in the local server and this is the message:

"Not Found

The requested URL /install was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

Hi iHsoub,

Because mod_rewrite is a bit tricky on godaddy hosting. Make sure that .htaccess file in project root with the following <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule> This will be different in case you install the project under a subdir because you will need to add subdir dir to the rewrite base <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase /sub/ RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /sub/index.php [L] </IfModule>
