This is my first ever experience with Code canyon and getting into the "reskinned apps" business model as a whole, so I'm seriously glad I chose this particular developer and their amazing product to get started!

Their customer service is always 10/10 and I get all my questions, queries and confusions answered in just a few minutes or 1-2 hours at most (even when I bother them on Sundays, heh ). Upscapesoft has been very cooperative and generous with me in understanding all my needs and modifying their product to exactly how I want it. Their communication is always swift, clear, timely and concise. Not to mention, I get proper guidance and help regarding other app matters too; which helps me trust them even more.

We haven't launched and grown my reskinned app just yet, so I'll update on that later, but so far things are looking quite promising. If this works out, I'll definitely be more than thrilled to establish a long-term relationship and try out their other products as well.
