TICKET SYSTEM is a stand alone app based on Laravel 4.2, you can create a folder in your www root folder from your server and you can install my app there. The app will be accessed like this …. your-domain.com/your-folder. For mode details send me an email at email@example.com

hey can this application create tickets using email sent to pop or a email piped to a php file? so that it auto appends replies etc.. please advice..

Hi, can this app be used without the loggin thing?, i want to put this system inside of a section where the users need to log in first, so, the idea is to avoid another login again with the same credentials or, can this system use the log of the first interfase?, and one more thing, I need this to be in spanish, I read that is multilanguage, is just a matter to change a setting from english to spanish in a menu or does it need to do some other thing?, thank you very much
1. To use your login system require a lot of modifications in code (almost in all APP .. because is needed to be used your database with your data)
2. To translate in Spanish it very easy .. login ADMIN, create a new language, then translate it.

Is it possible as admin to add custom fields (textarea, checkboxes, selects, etc) to tickets?
TICKET SYSTEM – does not offer this feature … to add some new fields you need to write some code … but I am available as freelancer for custom work.
Hi, is it possible to auto assign based on area? I saw that all the tickets are assigned to “admin” and I think this can help me but I need to know if the auto assignation is possible.

I have found a lot of bugs in your script. I can’t see the user message, can’t add staff with multiples departements, can’t use pseudo to login, etc….

No, the software doesn’t use any SMS gateway.
Any SMS gateway can be integrated to task assign hook ? So when a task is assigned to someone, it should send a SMS.
