Yes! You have several options to decide when an user/guest should receive an email. Part of those options include one to send a guest an email when he/she submits a new ticket. This option looks like this:

Another bug i found !!

I have created a user (Agent) with Id 8 when i assign multiple departments on the following page it shows No departments domain.com/panel/admin/user/8

Sorry to say but this script of yours is full of bugs

If i delete the departments and the tickets pertaining to that departments gives error on login of agents

Hi there is another bug . After i delete the user the cookies are not deleted so the browser on going to website goes to endless redirection unless i clear cookies from browser manually . I guess you should hire me as your QA consultant .

I think there is a bug.. In the e-mail, ticket_url is replaced by base_url() . ‘ticket/’ . $insert, but, at least in my case, it should be base_url() . ‘panel/ticket/’ . $insert.
