Has there been any change in the support policy. Submitted a ticket 2 days ago. What should the expectation be – 2days; a week? longer? At least just knowing would be hellpful.

I have submitted a support ticket. Does anyone have the CSS code to do this. I’m not sure why it’s not posted here since so many people are requesting this same feature.
How can I organize the team alphabetically? What filter needs to be added?

In the Awsm Team Pro plugin, you will get the “Sorting option” on the Team edit page. It will allow you to order the team members by Name. You can even choose the Ascending or Descending orders.

Hello, we are having an issue with the z-index of both the modal popup and the slide-in. The slide-in shows up under our sticky header bar/nav menu (it should overlap on top), and it also will not properly show over any subsequent sections below it. i.e. if I show multiple Teams on a page, the popup/slide-in shows up UNDER those sections, creating a big mess on screen. As you can see, both the dark screen overlay AND the actual slide-in window (and modal/popup—happens the same with that) should ALL be z-indexed to the very front, over everything else. But all of that is showing UNDER lower Team sections on the page. I’ve tried in multiple browsers, and with disabling my theme, etc., and the problem persists no matter what. Thank you!
Seeing as there are comments below that haven’t been answered in over a month, is it a safe bet that this plugin is no longer supported? Even with some glaring bugs? Should I not hold my breath for the issue above to be fixed in an update?

1. Do you have a demo of the search function? I can’t find it on your site.
2. Does the plugin support individual permalinks for each team member?
3. I’d like to use this for a directory. Is the plugin light enough that it could handle 3000 user profiles? Is there a setting to limit how many are shown per page?

Hi, I purchased the plugin yesterday, everything worked fine, I created 40+ members and made a team, everything worked perfectly in preview mode. As soon as I published, the images did not show up… but they are there in preview mode still. I have tried with different devices and browsers. Cleared cache of my browsers, wordpress, theme. I also submit a ticket to the support system, but have not received any answer yet.

Hi, just bought it but need one answer. Is it possoble to show the name and designation and on click show the details like in your MODAL layout it shows the details on clicking but shows only picture in design before clicking instead just image. So i would like to show the user name and designation and on clicking should show all details.

It has been two weeks now since I opened ticket #28499 without ZERO replies or movement. I have also commented here multiple times now and nothing. The plugin is not working AT ALL and they took the money and I got a year of support on that of top! BEWARE OF THIS PLUGIN AND SEARCH ELSEWHERE. I ended up going with the Heroes Assemble – Team Showcase WordPress Plugin which worked perfectly right out of the box without issues!!!

I have purchased the plugin yesterday and want to activate license in Wordpress backend but it says “Something is wrong! Either the purchase key is invalid or your support license is expired. (Renew Support)”

Still waiting over a week for a reply on ticket #28499 not the 2 business days as your support mentioned. It also looks like I’m not the only one and this is becoming a trend. The last reply to anyone here was over a month ago. At this point I’m going to begin the process of a refund and suggest that others do the same.
