Customer support is quick and responsive. Had a small issue with ascii characters showing up for a standard apostrophe, but they took care of it quickly!

All features we are currently using are working flawlessly now for close to 2 years.

The pro version of this plugin really added the functionality we needed to The Events Calendar. We like the ability to display by category with a variety of styles. Support was also very prompt when we had a question.

Got back to me in less than a day with a simple explanation and solution to my issue.

Definitely a must have to customize events calendar.

The main reason for my glowing review though is the unbelievably good customer support from Koustab and his team.

I'm implementing this plugin with The Events Calendar on a Client Site built with Oxygen and, Oxygen's implementation of TEC is not exactly conventional, due to the fact that Oxygen doesn't run on a theme like a traditional WordPress site, so implementing is a little unusual.

Koustab's responses to my support requests (of which I had quite a few!!), were ridiculously quick and right on the money.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this plugin and extensions if you want to make The Events Calendar a good looking addition for your website.

And it works as advertised. Out of the box provides the bits and pieces you need to provide a "finished" event solution.

This plugin is great and has made designing a website for a performing arts venue so easy. The settings are very intuitive and you can easily create impressive designs. Another great thing about this plugin is its customer support. The few times I had questions or ran into issues, the developer responded quickly and resolved my issues well. Would definitely recommend this plugin!

the backend is fine. it's got features out the wazoo. but i have to buy shortcode generators or flip screens and bounce around to add a calendar or event to my page in wpbakery.

one of my least favorite event programs simply because of this.
