yes but using a subtitled file called SRT
We have plans to produce SRT file out of Audio files for Transcribes and only via AWS (Speech to Text) at the moment in the next update. SRT is essentially a text file.
I already have SRT files from YT videos. The idea is to translate the SRT file and covert it to voice.
At the moment no plans for that, update will contain generating .srt file from audio files only

Currently not, in the next update we will include support for .srt and .vtt subtitle creation with AWS for MP4 file formats.
