Yes, you can create them and put them inside the templates directory.
Hi – Two questions.
I have a blockquote css style on my site, which I need to keep—but that styling is still showing up in the testimonials.
Second – how do I choose NOT to show a rating? I can set no display in CSS, but I’d prefer a way to just not include a rating at all.

Hi, please paste the following code in the custom css to fix fix blockquote issue
.stars-testimonials blockquote:before {
content: none !important;
}
to exclude the rating area, you can remove it from the template file and can load it from the theme.
One additional question—same site. The names are getting get off. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Its style4.php file inside templates directory. Just remove the st-rating div.

Hi There, just wondering – if there is say 4 or 5 testimonials only, it would appear that this plugin doesn’t really allow the user to view testimonials 4 & 5. Is this correct? if I click the right or left hand arrows then I basically get swiped past testimonials 4 & 5 and just see the same original block of 3.

Hi, It works as other WordPress Post structure, means if your theme has this functionality then it will also work with this plugin. Or you can simply use Google Search Console for creating dynamic structured data for searching.
