PRODUCT DOES NOT UPLOAD PROPERLY, SUPPORT SYSTEM A PAIN IN THE REAR AND TIME CONSUMING. REFUND DEMANDED.
Checking your account we didn't found any refund request submitted. You can not blame for something that was not even requested. Also, is not allowed to submit a review just to forcing an author to do something for what is not obligated to do it.
1. Reached out to support and they closed my ticket without responding.
2. There are bugs with the testimonials form builder-
a) Each time a user submits the form, it creates 2 identical testimonial drafts, one without an image attached.
b) The form does not clea after submission. It brings up a thank you message but does not clear? This creates mayhem as the page will submit the data if the page is refreshed. It also seems to exist on the support form page.

Thoroughly enjoyed the plugin. Used in a client project at their request, it's very simple to install, setup and concise. Support is also helpful and has our vote for good overall product. All the best!
The documentation is really lacking - a lot of features aren't discussed or even mentioned, making it difficult to properly configure.
The developer will probably say something unrelated in their response. Pay attention to this because they never take ownership for their lacking documentation - there's a few reviews below that speak to the same issue.
Seems you not even open at least one Ticket for asking support. Because you've tried to get free support avoiding the Support limited period and without update it, it doesn't mean the Plugin or anything related to it has any issue.
Documentation it fully done but of course, it doesn't include how to fix your theme or other scripts to not affect the Testimonials Showcase.
You've come with "how to" questions over the Comment section to avoid the Support services and once you have been redirected to Support system decided that you should provide a "negative rating" after more than 1 (ONE) year when the plugin was worked just fine without any problem.
We think is more than clear that the rating has nothing to do with plugin itself but is more about not getting free support out of support period.
Does not work properly out of the box, Does not show in Visual Composer. I mean who wants a plugin that I have to get support 10 minutes after buying it............. Wasted money!
If the VC Element is missing, it may be something very easily to be set from VC, which was probably customized 'cause with a standard VC settings, the VC element will show up instantly once the AddOn is Enabled.
Still, we didn't noticed ANY Comment or Support request in either way. Also, if is really a "wasted money" situation, we should expect a refund request but seems there was not a such request either. So, on this case, definitely there is not any issue with this AddOn and for sure not a waste of money.
I selected "Customer Support" because after contacting support, they closed my case and blatantly ignored any communication after. Here's what happened. I purchased the plugin. Installed it within minutes. Immediately had issues with the plugin communicating with Visual Composure. I uninstalled the plugin and contacted support requesting a refund. Support said I'm stuck with the plugin, no refund will be issued. So, I purchased a plugin and support didn't help me get it working, neither was I refunded my money. So, let my $17 loss save you $17 is you use Visual Composure. You won't get any support and you will not get a refund.
You can always ask for a Refund but you have to justify your request with clear evidences. There was no chance to be checked you related problem not even by our support team.
