Testimonials categories are mostly used for set the showcase and Filtering showcase approach and are not listable beside the item.

My purchase code does not match any of the products listed in the drop-down. I purchased from your company a license for WPBakery Page Builder for WordPress (formerly Visual Composer), which is not listed in the Product drop-down list. Therefore, the Support request will not accept my ticket.
If you’ve bought one of our products, you should have a purchase code for it, also. Otherwise, support team can not get in touch with you.
There seems to be a bug with the Testimonials Form builder. It’s creating 2 entries upon form submission and sending 2 notification emails. Also the form does not clear once submitted if you refresh the page.
The submission form is working perfectly. You can test it on demo website.
I tried testing on your demo but how am I to check on the admin to see if the form submissions went to admin correctly and did not produce duplicate submissions? Also, I did refresh the page after submitting ON YOUR DEMO and it warned me of multiple form submission, so actually I am right about that. It’s not clearing the form upon submission. I’m struggling here because I have the purchase code but the download isn’t showing up in our account and I’d like to make sure I have the most recent version.

You’re making a pretty bold accusation there, Indeed Team. We did not “steal” your product. Apparently what I’m finding out is that when the website was built a few years ago (before I worked here,) the developer purchased it on our behalf under his name (very bad idea obviously, he should have had the business purchase to avoid this messy situation) thusly making it difficult for us to obtain updates and support. He left us with documents containing the purchase codes etc but obviously I’m finding out they are useless. And now it is difficult to get a hold of him since it’s been so long. We will most likely end up buying it again if we can’t get in touch with him. Again, we did not steal your plugin and would appreciate if you didn’t make those kinds of accusations as I’ve done my best to explain the situation clearly.
On this case, he is the only one with the rights to use that item, the license being on his account/name.
Thanks for the info. We just repurchased the plugin and downloaded via envato and have a proper license. However, when updating, all the groups data was lost. Our site depends on those groups being attached to testimonials. Fortunately I made a backup so I was able to restore that data. I uploaded via ftp, and followed your update instructions. Can you please advise on how to update without losing the groups data? I actually was able to submit a ticket on your support so I’ll check back there. Thanks.

Is there a way to display just one testimonial on mobile and two on all other devices? I don’t want the testimonials to stack on top of each other on mobile. Thanks
