Recently I bought an add on to visual composer but it not worked with the WPLMS theme.
Is there a way to test it?
Unfortunately, plugins from Envato are not able to be tested or into a Trial period. Still, if your theme is a premium one, you should no worry about.
Hey! I was super excited to find this plugin as I thought it would do everything I wanted.. sadly I dont know if there’s conflict or what but it only shows a super basic layout and won’t change any of the options no matter what theme I choose or what options I select/deselect. I hope you can help me figure out what the problem is. I’m using your newest version of the plugin (downloaded it today) and visual composer 4.12

We like to have the extension on our webshop Prestashop 1.6 For now, at the time we cannot find a decent testimonial module to work with. (it can be maybe also a bissines for you, if there will be a version adaptable to Prestashop)
There is a module ”” Visual Composer”” for Prestashop

Yes, those can work together. Still, there is nothing linked or in common between those two systems.
so if I want the possibility for members to rate other members and get the rating shown on the membership overwiev that would be possible?
It doesn’t provide a such workflow.
I’ve seen two versions: plugin for WordPress, and plugin for Visual Composer.
I don’t have Visual Composer yet. (but I think to buy and use it).
So, will the “Testimonials Showcase for Visual Composer Plugin” works with WP theme (Virtue Premium) without Visual Composer?
Or I need to buy common Testimonials, and then, when I decide to use VC, I will need to pay twice for Testimonial for VC??
The VC version works only with Visual Composer besides.
The standalone version can be used even into VC but is not comfortable like the VC version.
may be, you could make a one version? with both compatibility and comfortable? :))))

We don’t know how the Reviews from that Theme works, but you can set to show any Testimonial on front-end once is inserted into the WP under My Testimonials section.
I just purchased the plugin but I cannot create a support ticket, because my Purchase Code is “invalid”. I copy pasted the purchase code and entered it manually but I still get the message it is invalid. What should I do in order to get support?
Just be sure that you properly pick the right Topic, there are two Testimonials plugins and yours is the VC version, and be sure that you properly set your envato username.

Hello, I would like to know if the plugin bought once installed go in conflict with the Bridge theme…because I have other testimonials uploaded with Qode Testimonials that don’t allow me to see the new testimonials upload with Showcase Testimonials.
We don’t exactly how that theme works but into My Testimonials showcase you can set a different Custom Post Type from General Settings section to avoid a such situation.
Is plugin compatible with Wordpress 4.7? After update to WP 4.7 I can’t edit testimonials. The error from logs: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in …/wp-includes/cache.php on line 123, referer: ..../wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=testimonials.
In browser i have error HTTP ERROR 500
I have found the reason. It is the conflict with ultimate addons for visual composer after WP updating. When i deactivate this plugin it’is work fine. Can you help to fix it?

Is it possible to not use reviewer images? And to also create a custom field e.g. so instead of ‘Company’ there is a field for ‘Country’ or ‘State’?
None of those fields are required. Each of them can be set to show up or not, including the image.
Any text and even the labels of those custom fields can be managed ‘cause the plugin is translation ready.

Be sure that you pick the Right Product. There are two Testimonials plugins and your is for Testimonials Showcase for Visual.
Also, the Envato username have to be properly completed.

The “read more” function doesn’t work and isn’t documented in your help file. Turning it on just puts the words “read more” in the testimonial – it doesn’t actually link to anywhere.
Our support for this item expired, but it’s pretty easy – your documentation doesn’t include anything about this. It’s also a good pre-sale note for anyone considering purchase.
It’s hilarious you guys can’t accept that your documentation is lacking. This is a simple fix that would actually improve the product experience – why wouldn’t you take it as such?
Can set that only authenticated users can add testimonials? If so, how?

Front-end submission form is not restricted in one way or another. You may need a script that lock access on it for non-logged users or other conditions.
