Also, I think the following would be a good idea. Allow the candidates to login and update or change their profile. Maybe some profile section should be internal and not available for them to see. But updating resume, address, education, skill etc. should be allowed. Just a suggestion.

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding. I have jumped on working on a new app that will answer your second inquiry where candidates could login and create/update their profile. But this is more on a minimalistic level where we won’t have any education or address background. Just skills and years of experience. You can have a look at it here: https://devly.co/. We’re planning on launching it by the end of September. Should you have any developers who’d like to get first preview of it, ask them to sign up for the mailing list and we’ll get in touch with them on the release date.
