Hello,

everything is running great except we have a strange problem with the confirm button when booking. it gets pushed out of visible box. Sometimes its completly gone and sometimes only partially visible.

When reporting frontend issues please always provide a link to the frontend.

By the screenshot alone, it looks like you have inserted the shortcode in a wrong page element block which is not suitable for shortcodes (for instance a “code” block with preformatted text), or in the wrong way (for instance by copy/paste from the documentation to the visual editor). Insert the shortcodes in a proper page element using the TeamBooking shortcode button, or write them manually.

here you can find the place where you can reproduce the issue.the button keeps getting pushed out of the visible sight. we formated the code where we insert the [tb-calendar booking=”teambooking”] tag already as raw html as text box and without formatting. it keeps getting pushed out of the visible sight. what other circumstances could cause this problem?

Hi, we’ve tried on Chrome on desktop and Android phones. The weird thing is that it doesn’t happen everytime. If you go through the process of -selecting a date -filling out the form -click to get to the overview of your entries (this first button is always visible) -then check your entries over and over again (with the exact same settings/customization and entries), the Confirm button sometimes shows correctly and sometimes it doesn’t (it’s only half visible or gone altogether). It only reappears if you resize your display.

Same happens on mobile phones. The button is gone initially but once you scroll, it appears.

Hi, currently when a booking is made, it shows the booking for the customer who made the booking on their page, but how can I make sure that the coworker that is running the service (“who”) can also see the upcoming booking on their end? I have a homepage that displays reservations, and I want the coworkers to be able to see their customer bookings just as the customer sees it. Thanks

A Service Provider (coworker) who is not an Admin has access to a restricted version of the TeamBooking dashboard when visiting his WordPress backend. The “reservations” tab will shown only the reservations that are relative to him (not “made” by him, which is on the contrary the purpose of the frontend [tb-reservations] shortcode).

A small bug perhaps?

Hi again! It appears I may have found a bug, which although, small, is quite inconvenient.

If one has a service which includes a custome field validation such as: ^(0?[1-9]|12|301)\/\[\/\]\d{4}$

(example above is for a phone number)

... and the service is cloned, the validation is modified in the process (no escape?) and the validation becomes corrupt/invalid. Every field which contain such custom validation must be re-created/saved.

That is possible if you set the payment as “required”. Please note that your server must be compliant with PayPal IPN in order to correctly receive payment notifications from PayPal (more info in the documentation).

Before considering any purchase, please read the dcumentation to check it the plugin suits your needs.

Dear Support,

We are starting a new Restaurant Membership Discount Card, we find a very good template and we need a appointment booking plugin for integration. WE DO NOT need online PAYMENT and prices for the bookings(only 1 year subscription for the card membership) this site is only for registred card owners.

Reg. users can search the partner restaurants check the daily-hourly discounts and book a table in the specific restaurant.

For all 500 restaurants we need a different appointment calendar. There is a restriction for the tables / hour/ days in 1 restaurant i think this is not a problem to setup (actual places for an appointment)?

If you are talking about translations (which are not included, as stated in the public online documentation) may I ask you if you have read the translations paragraph of the documentation, especially the 11.3? You can find detailed instructions about creating your own translations, there are also available Portugues(BR) files in the community repository, which are relative to a previous version but they may require only few integrations.

I was hoping for a plugin with the translation already inserted, I have had some problems with translators plugins and so I avoid installing. I appreciate all the attention but is there a possibility of returning the purchase value?

If you are familiar with WordPress hook/filters, TeamBooking provides a specific hook (paragraph 2.2.3 of the developers section of the documetation) that allows you to manipulate the slots parameters through custom functions/conditionals. If you are looking for an out-of-the box solution instead, then I’m afraid it’s not available at the moment.

I followed the instruction on setting up the plugin but whe it comes to authorizing my calendar all I get is that when I click on the authorize calendar button it takes me to signin to my gmail so I do and then I allow and then it takes me back to my team booking authoize caldender page in my wordpress. Is there a trick to get it to authorize?

That error message means that your environment is having troubles with cookies/sessions. Please ensure that you are running a fully configured SSL site (in case you are under https) and try to switch (temporary) to a basic WordPress theme to retry. Let me know then.

Please ensure that you are not testing such feature while logged-in as administrator/coworker. Admins and service providers always skip any limitation on the fontend.

See the third example on the paragraph 2.2.1 of the developer section of the documentation (you can also download and install the example plugin, which will do the job). Please be careful when removing confirmation screens, as the customers may click on “Book now” by mistake.

After a couple of months working great, one employees appears unlinked with his google calendar. When I try to authorize, an “redirect_uri_mismatch” error appears. Please Help!

“Redirect URI mismatch” means that your Google Project Athorized Redirect URI is not equal to the one that is shown in your TeamBooking Core settings panel.

Please double check that (maybe something has changed recently, like your domain name or the protocol http to https… in such cases you need to upgrade the Google Project URIs).

Good Morning,

The email templates work very well – thank you, but I would like to make a suggestion.

In all the use cases I have seen so far, the client has a few services, maybe many – but usually wants the same message format, which can be identical for each if we are careful about the form custom field hook naming.

It would be nice to not need to import a new email template into every service but rather to be able to say – always use master template ‘customer notify’ etc

The import/export function works well but when updating many services with complicated templates it is both time consuming and easy to make a mistake.

I’m not able to replicate such behaviour, as in my tests the hooks are saved and works fine (although they are not supposed to…). I’m not going to investigate more on the implication of having them shared, as I’m refactoring the code to accept shared hooks across services (they need to be unique only within the same service context).

Do we have the ability to set different amount of slots for weekends. We only want 3 slots during the weekday but want the weekends to have 4.

Yes, as you plan the availability through Google Calendar, you can do whatever you want.

Please read very carefully the online documentation (especially the paragraph 4) before considering any purchase!

so just to clarify, my client wants to increase the max tickets per slot only on weekends. By default in the settings it set to 3, but on weekends we want to make it 4. I read the documentation and didn’t see anything in regards to that.

In your first comment you wrote “slots”, so I tought about them. The max-tickets setting is per-service and it can’t be overridden in a per-slot basis at the moment (will be possible by the next major release, hopefully, thanks to the slot commands).

A workaround for the current version can be the creation of 2 identical services (with a slightly different name), one with max-tickets =3 and one with max-tickets = 4.

Hi, In Reservation Form, user must select from Option1 to Option5 by selection list box. Is that possible to delete option which has been already reserved? For instance, user1 has already reserved Option3 in the slot, then user2, who is coming later can select Option 1, 2, 4, 5.
