I submitted a support request 5 days ago (Your Ticket ID: #TIE-5196) and still waiting to hear back. The email said i should have a response in 2 days and still waiting. Thanks for helping me get some attention on this issue.
Can I please get an update on this? I still have not heard from anyone. Is this plugin no longer supported? Is it dead?
Thanks for using our plugin,
We replied to your ticket three days ago and waiting for your reply.
I see your response from a month ago about the plugin not compatible with AMP. Is it possible for you to include functionality where we could disable the plugin from loading on AMP pages completely?
Also, I presume that I can enable the plugin and then easily configure it so that the ratings are displayed on all single posts automatically? I don’t have to add it to each one separately. Just use a shortcode or something in the single.php template or something like that?
Thanks for your interest in our plugin.
- For now, there is no an automatic option to disable the plugin on AMP pages., and We’re not working on that at the moment but I’ll pitch it to the team and see what they think.
- Unfortunately, there is no an automatic Bulk add button, you will need to add the review box manually in the posts you want.
Have a nice day!
Hands down best rating system and I have tried them all. But! Can you change the size of the stars on the home page to a large size?
Thanks for using our plugin.
Unfortunately, for now, there is no an automatic option to change the stars size
Hi, I am building a site where people purchase services from people and then leave reviews for the user. Does this plugin allow me to set up multiple ways that a user can review from the front end. For instance, someone hires me for web development. Can I use this to then have them come to my profile and rank me from the front-end for speed, quality, professionalism, etc….
Unfortunately, Taqyeem doesn’t support that.
Hello, before we had the rating appearing on the post excerpt :http://bit.ly/2h0MIQc
But now we changed theme, how to have again the ratings appear on the excerp like the site above: http://bit.ly/2hGNWo3
So, if I purchased the Sahifa theme 2 yrs ago, and am now using the Taqyeem plugin, there is no support available unless I repurchase the plugin?
Taqyeem and the other bundled plugins are free to use when you use the Sahifa theme if you changed the theme and want to keep using these plugins you need purchase them. then you will be able to get support for these plugins.
I’m using the Sahifa theme and Taqyeem plugin (both of which I love). I’m just wondering how to get support if I’m having some display issues with the plugin.
You don’t need to purchase the plugin if you use the theme, Please create a “Sahifa theme” support ticket using the link below and our support team will gladly assist and guide you

My support for Sahifa has expired, so I can’t submit a ticket.
Thanks for great plugin and functions.
I found a bug. After unistallation of taqueem the microdata is not removed. Microdata is hardcoded from then on. How to remove that?
Could you please update the plugin adding a function to remove all microdata and wp-options datatables during unistallation process?
Ps I got that plugin bundeled with Sahifa.
Thanks for using our theme,
The Microdata is not hardcoded, if you uninstalled/deactivated the plugin the reviews microdata will be gone.
Please note the theme itself has a built-in NewsArticle microdata, so if you disabled the plugin the posts will use the NewsArticle microdata
I’ve seen this plugin is not compatible with AMP (at least, two months ago). But is there any short code that can be added so it doesn’t load on the page? Something like [no_taqyeem] and the plugin is not loaded.
I ask this because it’s integrated in Sahifa and it’s loaded by default.
Is there a way to have 2 sets of reviews per post type?
I want to be able to have a set of reviews for non-logged in users and then a private set of reviews per post for a logged in (premium) user. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support that.
Scenario: I add a Taqyeem review to a post, fill it all out, choose “Custom Position” for “Review Box Position”, but never add the shortcode to the post.
So I’m attaching a Taqyeem review to the post, but I don’t want to show it on the page.
Question #1: Will the review rating schema still show up in the SERPS?
Question #2: It’s my understanding that you can add a URL to the Review Summary section, but not the Review Criteria section. Unfortunately, this is an incredible amount of work with HTML coding and is redundant, because the Review Summary section duplicates the Review Criteria section. When can we expect the plugin to allow a URL in the Review Criteria section?
