what the different between this Add-on and Taqyeem plugin, and is Jannah theme include these plugins? and if i have jannah theme should i buy this or its the same

If i have 4 Fields like Below, If one of the fields is empty like 5G. Will it show blank in the post or the label it self wont show ?? WIFI : YES GPRS: YES 4G: YES 5G:
