Can I change the Card to Responsive Scaling, so it adjusts to a browser window?
Yes, you can!
For that you just have to turn on the “Responsive Scaling” on Adobe Edge Animate, on the Properties Panel. You can even choose: Height, Width or Both!

Will the music play in mobile devices, like smartphones or tablets?
Regarding music playing in mobile devices it is not a simple answer:
Due to possible data charge on mobile users, adobe has prevented music from being loaded automatically.

Nevertheless I have tested it on my iPhone 4S and it plays the music, but on my iPad 2 it does not…
So it is not certain that it will play music on mobile devices – it may play on some but not on others!
