Hi there, As you probably know Edge Animate CC is no longer being actively developed since November 2015 – https://www.adobe.com/ca/products/edge-animate.html Nevertheless if you have the software, then you should be able to run this file with no issues, and since the final result is HTML5, it can be read by the majority of browsers nowadays.

Hello. I bought your card, but Edge Animate seems to have stop being developed. I can’t download it, therefore I can’t edit it. I saw that it’s possible to change some things, but there’s nothing about changing text for example. Is it possible for you to send me files that I open in Adobe Animate CC?
Hi There! Thank you for your purchase. I have made some research and apparently it is not possible to open Edge Animate files in Adobe Animate, sorry!

Is it possible to embed it in an email, and have others be able to do the same for sending to customers?
Well this works basically as an online webpage, so if you can embed a webpage on an email you will problably be able to embed this one as well.

I believe so. You have to import them as OAM files, but I am not sure if you can edit them in Adobe Animate.

Hi There! Sorry for the late feedback but I was away for Christmas!!! So, to answer your question, Yes you can add a custom link to the animation, but first you have to turn off the snow because the code messes with the link function.
Here is how you do it: 1. So first you need to remove the code on your project (go to Window/code. It is the first code on the “stage” list. You can use a JavaScript snow to do the same effect (send me your email and I wiil send it to you) 2. Create a new text layer with your link and make it appear when you want it to. (To do this you can use a keyframe and make it transparent and another keyframe to make it visible when you want). 3. Then select the text layer, and right click on it and choose “open actions for text). 4. Then choose option click, and then pick action link. Then you just need to update the link address for the one you want.

Regarding music playing in mobile devices it is not a simple answer: Due to possible data charge on mobile users, adobe has prevented music from being loaded automatically (more info here, under the title: using audio on devices https://helpx.adobe.com/edge-animate/using/add-audio-animations.html) (Edit: just corrected the link)
Nevertheless I have tested it on my iphone 4S and it plays the music, but on my ipad2 it does not… So it is not certain that it will play music on mobile devices – it may play on some but not on others!

Thanks a lot! I Noticed that this snow problem is only between mobile and desktop vertions. On mobile is everything ok.

I purchased the Tangram card and have made my edits. However, there is no snow animation. I opened the original that I downloaded but the snow does not appear there either. Advice? PS, I’ve never used Edge Animate before this so be easy on me
I’m interested in the Tangram card. I want to customize and send to our global offices. Does this require the Regular license. Also, can it be opened and played with basic Microsoft software that would be found on a business computer?
Hello Mitutoyoca! Thank you for your interest. I think in your case, the regular license is enough – You don’t need the Extended license.
To be able to edit it, you will need the Adobe Edge Animate Software. You can download a free 30 day trial to do that if you want, but you need to have some basic knowledge of that software.

Hello, i´ve bought your code and I´ve already customized everything that I need.
The only problem i´m getting is. The snoflakes start, and right as the first image build they stop.
When I open the file with my Adobe Edge Animate CC 2015, it says that i´m using a new version and the file is going to be converted.
Do you think that this is the issue?

I just bought the animation and customized the animation in Edge. But I cannot see the snow flakes!?They do not appear in the final, published file.

That is strange, the snow code is active by default. Maybe you changed something without realizing it…
• First, open the original file you downloaded from me, publish it and see if the snow is showing.
• You can check the code that generates the snow by selecting Window/code. It is the first code on the “stage” list.
• Compare both versions to see if anything is changed.

Hi there! Yes, you can turn the width to adjust automatically to the browser window.
For that you just have to turn on the “Responsive Scaling” on Adobe Edge Animate, on the Properties Panel. You can even choose: Height, Width or Both!

Yes you can use only 3 or 4 tangrams: - you will have to open the file in Adobe Edge Animate, and delete the animation sequences you don’t want to use. If you do it right, the transitions will work in the same way!
