The current version does not support the feature like that. On small screen the tab will be switched to responsive layout only.

The plugin does not require to add icon into tabs. If you don’t like to use icons you can edit/delete them.

Yes, this plugin has CSS and HTML only.
Note: The package is provided just has some designs like you see in my demos. If you want to have a unique degin you need to customize it (require HTML and CSS knowledge).

The plugin works well the only problem is when you click the final tab the cursor freezes and will not click the previous button. Also the icons have greatly reduced in size.

Maybe there are some CSS conflicts. You should try to disable other CSS sources when installing the plugin then enable each part until you see the problem. When we know exactly problem we may find solution for it.
Additional, if your site have already used Font Awesome you do not need to include Font Awesome again when installing Tabion CSS. It may make conflicts.

This is a CSS plugin so it can not control complicated scripts. For your case, I think you should use javascript to control the map (make the map is just loaded when the tab is clicked) or use an image of the map to display then if someone click on the image the browser will open a new page to show full map.

Hello, I just bought this – it’s great! But I am wondering how it can be a responsive width but not height? How can you set the height of your content if you don’t know how wide the device is? I read this in one of the discussions: The Tabion CSS version does not support the dynamic height (I have noted this in the documentation). The height of tab container only accept fixed values. This is a limitation of tech at this time. If you want to set dynamic height for tab container you need the javascript solution. Would you be able to give me the java script solution to this please? Hi,
The limitation of the height is only on the desktop or large screen resolution (960+ px ). In this case, you will know exactly the width of your layout so you can calculate the height value. When the plugin is displayed on small screens/mobile devices, the height will be changed to dynamic. So you will not worry about the height value in the responsive layout. You can check my demos on mobile devices or resize your brower width on desktop to see the dynamic height on responsive layout.
However, if you need a javascript solution you can check my Tabion jQuery plugin.

Hey there, looks like a great product and I can see all your customers are very happy with it. Is it just CSS and HTML? no JS at all? To change the width of tab content you can create a new class in the css file has the width value you want.
Example: .yourwidth { width:500px !important; }
Then you just add the class “yourwidth” into the tab content block that you want to change its width.

I’ve already got .tabion { margin:20px 0; padding:10px 0; list-style:none; width:960px; position:relative; } .tabion > li { list-style:none; display:block; position:relative; width:960px; top:0px; } in my css file but it doesn’t seem to work, i’ve kind of solved the problem for now anyway I just put loads of to fill it out.

You should create new class if you want a special width value and you should add ”!important” for it to make sure it can overwrite the default value.

Tabion CSS works well on IE 9 (without effects) and IE 10+ (support effects). On IE 8 it will work with hover event. I no longer support for IE 7 and older.

This is a standalone plugin, it is not a wordpress plugin so if you want to use this plugin in your wordpress sites you need to install it like the documentation in your theme source code. Then you can add the plugin HTML structure into the place you want to show the tab.

Hi, thanks for creating such lovely plugin, I have a question, how many tabs can I have with a webpage of 1000px width, I have about 21 subcategory and I would like all the tab buttons to be displayed horizontally within 3 rows, so to have the first 2 rows of 9 tab buttons and the last one with 3 tab buttons, while the tab content would be respectively below all the tab buttons, is that possible to achieve?

At default the plugin is designed one row for tabs if you you want to make 3 rows you can do it but it requires you have to customize css code.
The tab amount in one row is depended the tab width. If tabs have width=100px and the row width=1000px you can have 9 tabs in one row.

Hi,
You can re-download the plugin package ( ver 1.2 ) for the feature you want. In new version you can set style for active/inactive tab buttons. If you want inactive tab buttons be transparent you can set opacity:0.5 for them and set opacity:1 for the active tab button for solid color.
