Hi, does the plugin detect user location and give weather based on users local location or only preset locations?

Currently this plugin can not detect user location and give weather based on user local location. It only show the weather information of the place where is set in the back-end(http://prntscr.com/j2s7r4). We are so sorry about that.

I need a smaller size so can you set just the 3 day forecast and leave out the top main weather? Is there much flexibility to set size?
