Dear Sir,
The plugin I’ve purchased because I saw it in your official website then I just bought it BUT … due to a bug with your plugin my Elementor Pro with my Jnews themes doesn’t work.
For one week I was blaming the Elementor Support Team in the meantime also I open a ticket with Jthemes Technical Support. they both log in to my website they verified and they didn’t find anything from their product they assured that no issue but one of the technical team members of Jtheme found that all root cause was your this PLUGIN which I recently purchased.
I even didn’t notice after the installation of your plugin my theme builder (Elementor Pro) stop working.
Now, I humbly request you please update your plugin asap OR REFUND me.
I’m expecting a fruitful response from your side in soon…

I’m sorry I was unable to allocate time for resolving that conflict but my focus is on my other product, nevertheless I’ll investigate. I approved a refund.

Sorry, but it’s currently not planned. I parted ways with the designer and no longer actively work with Elementor.
Ok so this tells me and everyone else that the plugin is basically dead! so sad to hear that, can’t you hire? on Fiverr or the 100 other sites someone from time to time to update and add designs? please don’t give up. it can’t be the end because of few simple things, that if you think about them can be fixed easily…
If there is any bug or security I’ll of course update it. But there are no new designs planned, we had better hopes for this plugin and currently it’s not feasible to sink more time into it. I perhaps will experiment with my own designs, but for now it’s complete as per the vision of the original designer.

I just bought this plugin it’s awesome. just that I was under the impression that I could add own text in mid of animated dividers but it seems not to be possible 
Would you please consider adding such possibility? and in the meanwhile can you please help me achieve this effect?

The designer considered it but chose to have the two styles entirely distinct from each other. Sorry it’s not possible to mix the two. We can offer a refund, though.
No need for refund, I found a solution for now,
First added the SVG Divider
Then used “heading” widget with margin -65 top
And positioning > Width > custom, than position > absolute
Added white background…. done

Haha nice, completely forgot about that trick. Make sure it plays well in responsive sizes too. That’s exactly what our designer would have recommended as a workaround, our site uses the negative margin here and there.
BTW all this was inside it’s own “Inner Section” widget with nothing but the SVG Divider and the heading widgets. and yes it’s responsive tested it.

I have just purchased the svg animated divider. Its seem great, but the animations are not showing. It only shows if i disable the animations part.
Any help would be great. Happy to give site access, this is a brand new site that I am just starting up.

Heey man, how are you? Nah we wanted to do something especially for Elementor. It’s a bit easier to use than VC. Now there is experience to make JIG compatible with it too (eventually).
