why sell so expensive? e… and why not use php framework?

I put as ton of work into this, and tried to add all the features that I thought would be most useful for buyers.

I code by hand and outside of Bootstrap, choose not to use PHP frameworks.

Very nice script. I make it favorite (to find it later). Im a german and i need for every script the possibility to add pages (german law for legal information). Could you add them? And i found 2 other points for the next version: 1.) seo friendly urls 2.) an FAQ-Section, with them could i help user with the standard-questions ;-)

I understood the comment why it so expensive, how ever this would sell as sugar when it would be cheaper, its one of the best support scripts. I’ve bookmarked it too and good luck with the sales.

Hi,

I have a problem. When I install it, I insert the database info, I click in “On to step 2”, and I return to the first page of installation. This is a infinite loop.

How can I resolve it? (I tried to changed DB credential and reset file permission. All the Server Configuration Check are ok ).

Can you integrate this application to alredy my existing PHP application. Where I have already user database is there and they login to my application and if they need any support then they will just click on the support link to raise a support ticket with out login. this your application would like to install in mysub domain and use the same user database. Separate login is not required to use this application and it should be inbuilt of my existing php application. if this is possible then please share your email id and will share you more details to you.

Hi i have an issue with the self registrations , when my users register and click the activate button it takes them to a white screen .

I have tried several times , i have made some changes to the way things look / what page they see first when logged in so i thought this was the problem. I did revert back to original files as i still had them but still does not seem to work. I have registered an account on your support and will raise a ticket once activated my account.

Do you happen to have a list of what needs to be changed to make it 100% original?

I list all of the images/logos in the documentation. The footer includes can be updated/edited via the localization files.

Support Requests can not be created via email. The user will need to be logged in and create a request from their account.

Is there the option for “sub-categories”? i.e. List of forums, one being programming problems – then sub category (or sub-forum) HTML , CSS , PHP etc… Additionally, does this support the payment feature for premium support as with your support system?

I did not include any type of Premium Support like my Support Center has.

Hi, I am having a problem with images… logo, footer logo, default user avatar… when I upload new image they do not change? I have checked that images are named the same, in the same format and that permissions on the folders are set correctly? Any idea how I can solve this issue? Thank you
