The login works just fine, make sure you copy the email.pwd without spaces or type them by hand.
How do the translation into Portuguese Brazil, the ticket system, and mainly support the e-mail.
You can get that translation file from your mailwizz account, left side menu has a link for language files. There you will find pt_br.zip file.

Which “file manager” are you referring to? In what “editor”?
The “Attach File” feature is a critical part for this Support Extension and would be easiest to have it available below the response box.
Please clarify how the upload files work now, because clients may want to upload a screenshot, send photos, PDF, Word files, etc.

Hey, been a while and I keep waiting for the purchased plugin does not work as explained in detail, my script does not send the mail to the user to put a ticket and not to assign a rating to the support, if you check the details published options available that really makes this clearly says that my script does …. I would like to have a solution as both things are very important to me and I could not even launch the service waiting for this. I look forward to your comment thanks
The support ticket extensions works exactly as described, does not do anything more or less. it is a simple integrations. If you need more, please feel free to use a hosted solution or the like.
I am a great friend Sir, you think you are asking if this really do what it claims to do? why do not you check on my shelf and see that you can not qualify, and the option not appear anywhere … on the other hand when a customer places a ticket will not send the mail … just send email when I answer and this is not what it says it does in the vemta … I think before you rush to answer that does what it should do should at least verify what I am explaining access data have my ticket in my platform I just sent a few minutes ago. I hope you enter and you check that I’m right and you can tell me how to fix this like what wont be my ticket to the statistics or the admin desktop client or not working.

Yes it does creates and sends the emails automatically.
so if a client sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org this plugin create automatically as ticket?
Ah no no, what you are refering to is email piping, and this extension doesn’t do that.

For now no, but you can get inspired from https://codecanyon.net/item/mailwizz-ema-subscribe-by-email/16589068 to add this functionality.
I think the email piping is the only thing that is lacking and adding this will significantly increase your sales, count me in!

I also vote for an piping addition. Also a question…does the support extension allow the creation of “canned” responses that get sent automatically? For example an automatic reply triggered by a certain keyword in customer subject line or body…or even maybe a canned reply sent when customer emails a specific department (where dummy departments could be created just to address specific recurring questions/requests)?
Will try adding email piping since it has been requested. We don’t have canned responses either, so that can also be a good addition.
