Hi ! I can’t find the answer in the demo ou the screenshot :
Is it possible to make a form to choose betwwen 3 association to make a donation. The idea is to display in the checkout the choice between 3 association and to give 10% of the cart to this aossocaition. Thank you.
There is no such feature. Thanks.
Hello. Need clarification on “force donation” option.
We have MP3 downloads that are available for donations. Would like to set them as free product in woocommerce so they can be added directly to cart via ajax, but on checkout page a donation must be given in order to complete checkout and receive the downloads. Possible? Yes or no?
And, if that is possible how could I implement this with woocommerce subscriptions plugin? We have monthly subscription options that are already available. So, when someone chooses to do a monthly subscription and they go to checkout page, but the “force donation” option is turned on, will your plugin still require a donation from them, even if they are giving through the woocommerce subscription product?
It would not work for me if I can’t get your plugin to work with subscription plugin, as it would be confusing to people as to why a “forced donation” is being presented when they are subscribing monthly to donate?
Thanks for helping, hope I made it clear enough?
The first part is available i..e giving free products when they make a certain minimum donation. The second part needs to be tested. Please contact our support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the other Plugin files and exactly what to check so that our support can check it out.
Is it possible to use this plug-in with WooCommerce Subscriptions? So they can do a monthly donation?
We haven’t tested with the other Plugin. But it works with SUMO Subscriptions.
The plugin is amazing. It works greatly!
I’m just having a problem. The plugin is WPML compatible, but appears to not work with duplicated/translated products of WooCommerce. It doesn’t compute the donation value in the duplicated/translated products. It also doesn’t hide translated donation products of translated shop page.
You can see it on my website:
Near the end of the homepage, it will have the SUMO Donations Form. It can be viewed in those sections:
It’s still showing the translated donation product on the translated shop pages. It also doesn’t compute the donation amount in the translated donation product. Maybe because SUMO Donations recognize only one product, and not it’s duplications/translations (maybe it would work if you could also select product duplications/translations, because they have different IDs).
Is there any way to solve this?
Thank you very much!

I am interested in buying the plugin but I would like to make a question just to be sure.
Is it possible for a client at the e-shop to just make a donation without having to buy a product? Like using the donation as a “product” actually.
Thank you in advance
If you are referring to a scenario where customers visit the site only for making donations, then that is possible using SUMO Donations.
Is it possible to set a goal and duration in the campaigns ?
You can not set Goal and Duration in SUMO Donations. Our Other Plugins Galaxy Funder and Universe Funder allow you to Set the Duration and goal for the Crowdfunding Campaign.
Can you use this plugin to do a donation only without having to list products or go through the checkout process? Essentially we only need a donation extension and we do not need the cart functionality.

I am looking to use your plugin only for recieving donations. I looked at the demo (backend), and frontend (but I only see the Donation associated with the Product).
Can you please clarify:
- Can I use it only as a “donate”, stand alone form, which I can insert in a page/ section of a page?
- If Yes: is there a demo where what I am asking is actually working, as described by me?
P.S. It is a nice tool anyway. I just want to see if it fits my needs. Thanks!
- Yes, we have provided the Donation form using the shortcode [fp_donation_form] on our demo site.
- Please check the below link to view the donation form,
Is it possible to not add additional donation charges for forced donations and just track a percentage that goes to a different charity? So don’t add anything to the cart, just help me track the percentage that comes out of the total price in the backend so I can pay the charity that amount.
I need to keep track of multiple charities that are attached to specific products or product categories. Can this plugin do that?
These features are not available.
I’ve not been able to confirm the following from your live demo so please advise -
I would like the following scenario (example):
- Customer adds several items to cart
- Cart total: $250
- Auto donation item appears in cart for a percentage (lets say 10%) of total order
- Donation appears in format “Donation of 10% – $25” but has a $0 charge in the cart
I want the customer to see that the donation is being made by us on their behalf, and is not costing them any extra.
Please let me know if this is possible with your plugin and we’ll purchase straight away.
1. We have provided an option[Donation Value Added/Subtracted] using which Cart Total and the donation value will differ.
For example: Cart Total $500 and 10% of Cart Total[Donation Value]
Donation Value Added to Existing Cart Total – Donation Value will be added along with the cart total[$500 will be Cart Total + $50 will be the donation value = $550]
Donation Value Subtracted from Cart Total – Donation Value will be calculated from the cart total[$450 will be Cart Total + $50 will be the donation value = $500].
2. We have configured the option as Donation Value Added to Existing Cart Total in our demo. That’s why you able to see the donation value added along to the Cart Total.

I’m afraid I don’t understand the “Donation value subtracted” explanation and your live demo is not very clear to me…
I don’t want any mention of donation on any product page or any part of the site. I only want an automatic donation of a specific percentage – probably 5% of cart total, added to the cart. I do not want this to have an actual cost to customer because WE are making the donation on behalf of the customer.
Please clarify “Donation value subtracted” option… I dont really understand how a $450 cart total equates to $50. Basically… if the cart total is $450 I want it to stay as $450 and I dont want the donation to affect this price.
Sorry for all the questions but I’m not 100% clear on this, although it sounds like the closest thing to what I require.
adding the free products automatic after a certain amount seems to work, but the “List of Free Products” on cart page only shows the heading not the actual product underneath it like on your demo page
