Why it doesn't send an email when a product is purchased? It only send's when there are renewal orders. ???

Plugin gives a "Authorization token not set error", it hasn't been updated in nearly 1 year, and extended support costs $38.50. That expense to too much when compared to other more updated plugins that offer more features.
Every month the subscriptions cancelled. We were using Woocommerce and stripe as payment gateway and the clients received emails saying their subscription had been cancelled. Weren't able to get help to rectify it.
The subscription portion works, however, it does not work with shipping plugins. I have a product that I'm shipping via fedex, which is a very common shipping company and this plugin enters the incorrect price on the subscriptions. I contacted customer support and they could not assist, nor do they have any recommendations for any shipping plugins that do work with their plugin. So this may be good for digital products, and flat rate or free shipping, but if you need live rate shipping this product does not work.
