I received no acknowledgement of my support request, and my question has gone un-answered.
It seems that subscription payments only process when admin logs in to the website after the renewal time. If this isn't done within the timeframe of the subscription, the subscription cancels. Hardly practical having to log in every day, especially when subscription payments are taken at the time the original order was placed, even if this was 11pm.
I haven't been able to get in touch with customer support. The app does not currently work as advertised and I see no way of fixing it. I will be uninstalling it and going with a different option. I wish I had not purchased this plugin!

Hi, when you set up the months, 3 months subscription, it ends at the second month!! this has happened several times, even after I have complained, set up as per support instructions, the problem happened again. I have also paid for extended support but YOUR support is HORRIBLE. I Have lost several customers because of payments taken out when they were not supposed to or the system fails to take payment!!!!!!!! fix this!!! and please respond to my questions. or offer us a FULL refund.
I've been using Subscriptio for 6 months now, with WooCommerce and Stripe. It has performed really well. There was a minor issue with a WP update and the author was quick to respond and fix it. Would recommend.
Terrible customer support. When I set-up the plug-in, I was told that this would work correctly with reoccurring discounted payments. That was not the case. My clients are being overcharged, meanwhile, it's been 8 days since I opened a ticket. Every time I get a response, it's another question, which I reply to immediately, with no response for another 24 hours. At this point, it's been 3 full days with no help. If you deal with payments, you need to have better customer support than this.
As discussed the problem is that you somehow got hold of the 2.x version and started using it instead of using the 3.x version - the former did not support recurring discounts, i.e. cart discounts were only applied to the initial order (which is a valid business case as well).
We are based in another continent so our business hours do not overlap that much. Sorry for any delays in communication.
I am submitting as an update to my previous review, after the developer has worked with me closely and attentively, resolving some mysterious issues with my website. It's working very well and I couldn't be happier with our subscription site now.
