Recently I tried to install this script in my Server. (Note that I am experienced in new scripts and I have installed several in my Server and never had a problem) Installation is basic always. Upload Files -- > add a database run the installation file.
At this case I did the same steps but run in to Page 500. I tried to find Faq for the Basic installation and documentation but there is nowhere in the Plugin.
My next step was to ask the Developer “why I had this error ?” because I cant find any troubleshooting anywhere.
He asked me to renew my support.
Well a simple installation isn’t something that has to do with the support. And especially if you don’t have troubleshooting.
I would definitely pay my support if I was inexperienced, but in my case I find it ridiculous not having a troubleshooting or Faq with simple errors.

We are committed to providing support within the specified timeframe to ensure you have a smooth experience with our product. We never claimed unlimited support period for any of our products, so yes, if you purchased the product 2 years ago and now have issues - we will kindly ask you to renew the support. Error 500, in our experience, is a compatibility issue between code and server and requires extra time that we happily would offer to dedicate, if you had the non-expired support plan.
I must emphasize that renewing support after the complimentary period is a standard practice and helps us maintain the level of service our customers expect. It allows us to continue offering assistance and updates to all our users.
Regarding documentation, we do provide basic documentation that covers all the essential information for customers to get started with our product. This documentation is designed to help users understand the product's functionality and features, enabling them to use it effectively. It is readily available on our website to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all our customers. Furthermore, every product we sell comes with the README file in the root of the folder which when opened - takes you to product documentation on our website. Same website where you opened the support ticket.
We are committed to offering top-notch support to all our customers. However, we cannot tolerate any attempts to manipulate or coerce us into providing support outside the agreed terms. This includes situations where customers threaten to leave a 1-star review unless their demands are met. Great terminal however has many bugs. They aknolegede one of my bug report so far. however have a long wait time before they patch it. Waiting forward for the next update.

It does the job, but has loads of bugs. Simple things that really shouldn't have even crept into the code... but they are there. Would not recommend unless you are very familiar with PHP code and prepared to trawl through the code correcting all the bugs.

Well... since I can only choose one main reason from the drop down selector, I'll just put the rest right here and why:
Flexibility - I was able create another predifined theme along side the Light and Green themes...my daughter named it "Lavender":..besides that,code wise, it was very easy to integrate into my current framework.
Design Quality - Very asthetically pleasing, uses bootstrap, therefore it is automatically responsive....virtually no need to redesign the GUI.
Documentation Quality - Pretty much the best I've seen on code canyon. In fact, some of the questions raised by users were in the documentation.
Code Quality - Very object oriented, clean, and organized, which leads me into: customizability
Customizability - Because the code is so clean and organized, I can add fields to the form by going straight to the classes that are involved.
Feature Availability - So far, all the features I expect from a payment terminal are already there, the "knobs and switches" capabilities seen in the dashboard are going well over and beyond. Kudos.
Customer Support - I haven't needed any assistance so far, but if I have some feature rich ideas, I'm sure I'll be heard. Most importantly, before I purchased this software, I researched the reviews. Pretty much any "bug" brought up in the past was addressed pretty quickly, and doesn't exist since I've used it. Seems like past issues have been ironed out along the way.

"Captcha error timeout-or-duplicate" bug, even if you update the page and I have done everything but it won't let me go on.

1) Bugs and captcha error - not sure what you mean. If you have any issues with the software on your server - we are always happy to address any issues through our support at https://www.criticalgears.com/support-tickets/
2) The demo looks like it does at the moment because somebody played around with the styling. You can customize the colours from admin area.
Demo resets every 15 minutes though, so just check back in 15 minutes and it will be fine.
Very good stand alone payment terminal, would be very useful if you are just setting up some per-determined payment options for products you have. You can integrate this with a larger/custom site with some tweaking, but might be easier to pay criticalgears for a custom snippet like I did for that one. All in all works very well and was very happy!
