Pre-Purchase Question…Can you set up variable payments or donations through Stripe with this plugin?

Hi drbeasley,

Thank you for your interest in our product. If you mean that your visitors should be able to enter the amount and then define if that amount should be paid one-time or on recurring basis – then no, there is no such option. You can setup one button to allow visitors to pay whatever amount they will enter, and another button which will allow them to select pre-defined amount for recurring donation (please see the demo)

Hello guys would be possible to add to your form a dropdown with selection options ?

Hi kamilkus83,

Thank you for your interest in our product.

Yes, it is possible through code editing. If you know PHP/HTML – it shouldn’t be hard. If you’ll need us to point you in the right direction – we can do so through support ticket –

Very interested in purchasing this plugin. Does this have the ability to add a custom field. Our client needs users to be able to enter an invoice number. Thanks.

Hi twenty02si,

There is no option to add custom field (only if you’ll edit the code, which is not that hard), however you can use DESCRIPTION field for the invoice – and just rename that field (in code) to Invoice.

Hello, guys how much cost to add a custom field to your form.

What I’m looking for is text field named “Lead Passenger Name”

It S possible add fee?

Hi caygriwebsolution,

You’d need to add it in the code.

so I create the function to calculated the fees?

Not function, just edit 1 line of code to add your fee to the total, in the processing file. If you’ll buy the software – you can open support ticket and support staff will explain in which file you need to add the fee.

I just purchased this plugin and it working great. Just two questions 1. I see a Facebook/twitter button at the bottom of the payment lightbox window. Not sure what is that and how do i get rid of it. 2. I also saw a Critical Gears logo at the very bottom of the payment box. Where is the setting to remove it.

Thx much.

Hi, I opened the ticket as instructed 3 days back. Could you plz have someone help me as i need to have it a customer review of this new capability and would like to get it resolved before that. thx

Here is the ticket info – #7959 New March 6, 2017 7:45 am Stripe Payment Terminal Wordpress

All tickets were addressed – please take a look in the system.

I want to be able to sell a subscription with this but also have a 1 time fee. For example, $500 down, $100 per month. Can you do this with this plugin?

Hi alpinedesign,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately, no, you can’t have such setup in our plugin without code adjustments.

hi i dont require my customers to enter there full address just there zip code, is there a option to remove all the other options in the popup box that i dont need?

Hi Mark134uk,

Thank you for your interest in our product and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

You can change the form by editing the code on the page. This is easy to do if you have basic html/php knowledge. We can assist through ticket support system as well, if you get stuck with this.

I’ve chosen the wrong script. I need the PHP version not Wordpress. Can I swap?

Hi Easyint,

If you’ve already downloaded the script – unfortunately we can’t just swap it. If you haven’t downloaded it yet – please request refund through codecanyon and we’ll issue it so you could purchase the other version.

Thanks, will do.

FYI. I’ve just bought the PHP version.

MBPZ Purchased

I’ve tried getting support from Critical Gears, as per their instructions. My support tickets have not been responded to in five days. Does anyone know if they are still supporting this add-on?

Yes, it is supported. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you – we’ll reply within today.

Are multiple currencies supported? ie: Going to a payment form and amount dynamically changes of either 1 of 2 currencies based on location?

Hi Matthew,

Unfortunately, no, there is no such functionality at this time. Can be custom developed though.

Does this only create buttons or is this a virtual terminal allowing me to input the buyers information if they call in an order?

You can access the same payment form – through front end. There is no actual terminal in the wordpress admin, just what you see on front end (payment form) which allows you to process the payment on behalf of customer as well (just through front-end)

I see this supports subscriptions. What happens if a payment fails? Can I force start it to try again and continue the subscription?

I need dates to start on the 1st of every month regardless of when a customer buys. Can I adjust the start date?

Does this support woocommerce coupons for subscriptions (not just the first month but every month)?

Hi NPetrus,

1) if payment fails – stripe will try to charge again within next 24 hours (they attempt 3 times before canceling profile). There is no option to force start it manually, unless you will login to stripe control panle ( and try it from there.

2) You can, but only through the custom code.

3) Unfortunately, no.

That you for your very clear answers.

2 and 3 are very important to me. What is the best way to contact you to discuss adding these custom features?

You can email through profile page –

Is there an update for WordPress 4.9.2 ?

It works without any issues on WP 4.9.2

Where can I email you?

You can email through profile page –

MD-Web Purchased

I asked for support while my support license was still valid. I’ve sent in 3 requests but on the author’s help desk (critical gears) but no response so have had to move to another payment solution.

Hi MD-Web,

We issued the refund per your request. Unfortunately, we couldn’t assist before due to several issues on our end.

Using the product has been great and provided a required solution for a client. However within the last 30 days Google Chrome Safe Browsing feature thinks this is a risk and potentially malware.

As such it is now displaying an error message to all my clients visitors because of this.

I think this needs to be addressed if this item is to continue to exist in CodeCanyon. The plugin hasn’t been updated since 2016 – a lot has changed since then.

Hi there,

There are several things you can do yourself: 1) install SSL (not self-signed) 2) on the google error page – click on report and submit false positive report about your page. It will take a week or two but the warning will be removed (we’ve dealt with issues like this before in the same manner and it worked fine)

Hi, on the client end the following error occurs when they attempt to submit a payment “Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ’/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock’ (2)” How can I fix this?

Hi there,

Please open ticket at and support staff will assist you further.

I am trying to process a PayPal recurring transaction and get the following error: Invalid Regular period. You must specify valid values for the A3, P3, and T3 parameters for a subscription.

Never mind, I found my issue. I needed to add Services, PayPal didn’t know what I wanted to do.. oops, my bad. Works perfectly!
