Can not verify purchase with code. Have sent message but have not received any reply.
We’re updating our plugin today and this issue will be resolved. But you need not to worry because it’s verified that you have purchased our plugin from codecanyon.net.
Could i set “Country” and “Regions” variables in hierarchical position in search and remove “km” variable?
No, you can’t do this right now but we can customize it according to your need. Please email us all details with mockup if any at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will this be able to search a store to an exact zip code? Not the closest store, but a store matched to a zip code I want the store result for.
No, You’r able to find store by nearby as well.
Google API Key necessary? best regards
Yes, Every Google maps now required google maps api key now. We have a guide here – https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/important-changes-google-maps-api-v3-website-owners-sandeep-kumara
hi, pre sales questions here –
1. In the screenshots you show an admin option to “display category filter” – but I can’t find a demo of a category filter in action. This demo just shows pizza hut – what if you wanted to filter by wheelchair friendly, or free parking, or open 24/7, etc http://preview.codecanyon.net/item/store-locator-plugin-for-wordpress/full_screen_preview/15672329?_ga=1.144661301.1094363084.1477536332
2. is there the option to upload stores from csv along with categories too?
1 – You can filter by categories also in this plugin. we’ll update our demonstration.
2 – You can only import stores in the db and then you have to assign category to each store.
ok, thanks. let me know if you get a category example setup (or even give me a link to an implemented case of this on any site really
We have integrated functionality so now you can import stores with category as well.
Just bought your plugin. You mentioned in another comment it can be translated by creating a .po file and place that in the lang folder. I assume you mean the wp-content/languages/plugins folder?
I used your wc_store_locator-en_US.po file as a base, but I am missing several strings. Like ‘Find Store’. Other strings seem not to work like ‘Select Categories’.
How can I make a correct and full translations?
Thanks & regards,
We’re updating language file but you can get it via email directly. Please email me at email@example.com
Ok, thanks! Just sent you an email.
We have provided you language file.
Thank you very much. I will let you know the results through the mail you sent.
hi do you support rtl?
Yeah, It support RTL as well.
I have pre-sale question. Can I create an RSS feed with your plugin? I want to be able to list my stores with your plugin but also create an RSS feed to place into a MailChimp template.
I look forward to your response!
RSS Feed feature is not available in the plugin but you can easily create RSS using records in STORE table using PHP. https://www.carronmedia.com/create-an-rss-feed-with-php/
Hi there, I installed the plugin, entered my google maps API key with all 6 modules activated, imported my stores with long and lat coordinates, added long lat for center map, but no map is displayed. I keep getting this error: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).wcsl is not a function. Any ideas on how to fix?
Are you having wp_head() in your header or wp_footer() in your footer.php. These are required to hook all required scripts properly.
Please contact us with login details to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you.
I’ve searched but cannot find answer – Can you allow visitors to add location from the front end? Sort of like a quick map directory?
No, you can’t add location from the frontend.
I’m trying to add my first store to test your plugin and I am getting this error “Oops! Something went wrong” in the street address field. I am on the latest WP and your latest version. Tried on different browsers. Screenshot below:
It means that you didn’t have setup google maps api key yet. We have a guide for this here – https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/important-changes-google-maps-api-v3-website-owners-sandeep-kumar
I create API key and put it in the settings but it still had the issue. Based on your new instructions looks like I needed to enable six API’s—this was not mentioned in your “How To Use” page in the plugin/dashboard. Also, your linkedin instructions have old screenshots as the google api console looks slightly different now and had a few other steps I had to figure out. Thanks!
Thanks for very useful information and I’ll update my instructions.
If I import new store locations every few weeks using CSV, will it skip or overwrite the duplicate entries? I want to make sure it doesn’t import and show the same location twice on the front end. Thanks.
Any help with this?
Right now it’ll import duplicate entries but i can quickly customize your copy so based on latitude and longitude, there will be not duplicate entries. Please email me login at email@example.com
I just imported 250 retail stores with category “Retail Store” (matching the category name in WP) and it did not import properly. Now I have 250+ stores and I need to edit one-by-one the category. Is there a better way?
Please give me CSV file and WP Login so i can import it correctly at your end.
How do you bulk change store icon?
No, you can’t change bulk store icon but if you want to use single icon for all stores, then we can do this setting in your plugin copy.
Hello, I have the plugin installed on my web, but I can not get it to import more than 26 items. Could you help me?
Please email me CSV and wp login to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check and import it at your end.
Hi, could you tell me why I can not import more than 26 items? I already send the CSV and the admin, but I need to solve the problem of import. Thank you very much
We have resolved your issue via email support. Please check it and let me know if any issue.
We have a multilingual shop with WPML – is it compatible with this plugin?
String used on back-end and front-end are fully compatible with wpml using .mo file. But dynamic strings e.g Store Description is not multi-lingual.
Can this plugin do a search based on ISP location?
If you means USER’s Current Location, then yes, it can search based on user current location. Please let me know if you means something else.
I know there is an import, is there a way to export all stores from the site?
