Hi. I was interested in buying your theme but noticed a few issues.
1. Using your demo i registered and found no email confirmation upon registration .. although it worked the second time
2. In the details screen about the bride / groom, it always says GROOMS location irrespective if the person being registered is Bride or groom..so confusing and needs to change
3. Date of birth not working. It always shows 0 years irrespective of what birth date you enter
And probably some other minor stuff which I did not have the patience to continue on.
If you will support to address to address the above + any other issues which will improve your theme then I don’t mind taking the risk of buying it. Please confirm

Your team needs to stop the excuse of being on holidays everytime there is a delay. It might be a better way to openly say that you are a one man show so expectations are set

Only the stories that are approved by the admin would appear on the front end. The admin does not have the option to add the stories. Only the users can add their stories. The admin can approve or reject the stories.

Once the user deletes his account, he has the option to add the success story.

I can see that people have still made the mistake of buying this product. I am still trying to resolve issues with these guys for the last one month and it is not very promising. Current issues that I am hoping that they will resolve :
1. Miniature sized logo .. they need to increase the logo size that we can put on site
2. Even after deleting the users , they are still visible on the front end. According to them it is part of design. Whaaaaaaaaaaat. Which part of system design says that even though you have a user who has been marked for soft deletion is still visible on the front end
I just hope these guys get their act right and understand that getting their into a good state will bring them more business and make it into a viable product.

Regarding the feature, we have implemented the logic for future references. For example, there is a user who got married and has to pay, but unfortunately, he has deleted the account. In this case, the logic would help to find the contact details of the user to contact back again.
