Hi. I was interested in buying your theme but noticed a few issues. 1. Using your demo i registered and found no email confirmation upon registration .. although it worked the second time 2. In the details screen about the bride / groom, it always says GROOMS location irrespective if the person being registered is Bride or groom..so confusing and needs to change 3. Date of birth not working. It always shows 0 years irrespective of what birth date you enter And probably some other minor stuff which I did not have the patience to continue on. If you will support to address to address the above + any other issues which will improve your theme then I don’t mind taking the risk of buying it. Please confirm

I had removed the access as I did not trust keeping the files at the location and also the access. Anyway, I have revised the details and sent. Your team needs to stop the excuse of being on holidays everytime there is a delay. It might be a better way to openly say that you are a one man show so expectations are set

Only the stories that are approved by the admin would appear on the front end. The admin does not have the option to add the stories. Only the users can add their stories. The admin can approve or reject the stories.

Can you please point me to the option from where user can add their stories?? I cannot find it once i log in a s a user..

Once the user deletes his account, he has the option to add the success story.

Apologies for delayed response, As we were on our weekend holidays it’s been in delay.

We shall check and revert back to you on the issue at the earliest.

I can see that people have still made the mistake of buying this product. I am still trying to resolve issues with these guys for the last one month and it is not very promising. Current issues that I am hoping that they will resolve : 1. Miniature sized logo .. they need to increase the logo size that we can put on site 2. Even after deleting the users , they are still visible on the front end. According to them it is part of design. Whaaaaaaaaaaat. Which part of system design says that even though you have a user who has been marked for soft deletion is still visible on the front end I just hope these guys get their act right and understand that getting their into a good state will bring them more business and make it into a viable product.

Regarding the feature, we have implemented the logic for future references. For example, there is a user who got married and has to pay, but unfortunately, he has deleted the account. In this case, the logic would help to find the contact details of the user to contact back again.

i am intrested in ur script…. and i registered as a member on ur site but i never recieved OTP on my email 2. i saw ur admin also, where are sms gateway settings, i saw just a sms user name and password 3. Can we add memeber directly from backend 4. can we edit any member from backend and make him or her as a paid member directly from backend 5. i read many comments on ur script…. very bad comments two months back… what is the position of script now? is it fully furnished and executable 6. i tried adding package… but i am getting some data error.

As the Sms works based in the country, you would need to provide us with the API and then it can be customized accordingly. Since we already have implemented the feature but we have disabled it currently due to extra usage by the clients.

I already mailed to you and your team generate an ticket 5236. But they didn’t reply this ticket to me. Your support team is very not good for selling your product.
