Great Features and Good Support People

Customer Support is a JOKE! Plus they run a little scam here with selling an AddON that is not Plug-In but just addition to Plug In so it's very easy to confuse what you buying. However its my fault for confusing things so I would of never write this review until I wrote a comment on this product to ask for help and support representative just copy and pasted automated answer for me. This is ridiculous! I am leaving 1 star review on both products now. Also requesting refund for their crap templates that have no explanation what so ever on how to FTP them into your website. It says "JUST COPY TEMPLATE FOLDER INTO TEMPLATE FOLDER" HAHA person was sooo damn lazy over there that they couldn't even write a paragraph explaining what to do with other folders like "Js" and "CSS" and "Images" and "Img". Seems to me like their support reps are filled with bunch of Salespeople from some other country like India or Philippines that have no idea what you write to them. I wrote a huge comment with all kinds of technical questions on their Add-ON page here and got a complete JOKE reply that was "Copy and Pasted" by person with no knowledge and no desire of solving any problem.
