This plugin hasn’t been updated since 2019. I think I’ll go find a different plugin.
The Twitter feed is working but not the Facebook feed. Even when I go to your website the Facebook feed doesn’t show up.

Had enough communication with your support team, I tried your plugin with 3 websites hosted on 3 different server, and the result is same only the plushing circle loads as stated in the other comments. And server team didnt find anything wrong on the server side, but identified issues on the plugin and I brought that to the support teams notice. But no one responds to the questions. Either fix the issue and make it working or issue the refund.

HI the error is: “Could not authenticate you.” Looks like you are insert the Twitter App details? If so they have problem, delete them all 4 keys and leave all empty.

However this is not the case I simply get the loading circle and no feeds displayed from my Twitter account. When looking at your documentation it says about creating a new app on Twitter unfortunately you now need a developer account to create an app. This involves signing up which I do not wish to do. Please supply a refund in full.

I was able to get the Twitter slider to work nicely on my site but it is not showing the entire tweet. Instead it is putting an ellipse (...) at the end of each one showing there is more that is not being displayed.
Is there a way to get the entire tweet to show for each slide on the slider?

There is a URL issue, the plugin point to https://gregmckeown.com/tweetie/api/tweet.php but is should point to: https://gregmckeown.com/wp-content/plugins/socialrail/include/tweetie/api/tweet.php
Please open the file \wp-content\plugins\socialrail\include\main.js , search for “a + ”/tweetie/api/tweet.php”” and replace it with “https://gregmckeown.com/wp-content/plugins/socialrail/include/tweetie/api/tweet.php” (https://schiocco.com/shared/2019-05-23_102436.jpg)
