BAD SUPPORT!!!!!
I changed my domain and requested seller to unlock my license so i can use it on my new site. But i am getting totally ignored. I sent 3 emails and waited 3 months for their reply but still no reply. Be aware before buying their support is not good.

Unfortunately I cannot find your emails. Could you please resend it?

Also the following instruction can assist you. To transfer your license key from one site to another, you can use one of the following ways:

1) Click the button “Delete Key” on the page License Manager (the page where you submitted your key) of the plugin. Then you will be able to activate your key again on your another website.

2) Or log in to your customer account and reset your license key there: http://accounts.byonepress.com/

3) Or just send us your license key via email. We will be glad to reset it for you.

Please try open the URL on your website:
http://YOUR_WEBSITE/wp-admin/options.php

Find the option 'factory_css_js_compression' and clear its value.

Save the changes and check the UI again.

terrible customer support. totally ignoring a problem I'm having. not good.

Message with wrong Facebook API shows all of the time, even if API is okay and works well. Also ads and big banners with premium plugin? That's disappointing and annoying.

Out of all social lockers, this is without a doubt the best. It works great on desktop, but for mobile it does not, and mobile is what about 70 to 80% of the users are on these days.

Support lacks for the product, submitted several requests, sometimes I get a reply, most of the time I do not. Guessing what I report just can't be fixed, or for whatever reason, I don't get a reply.

Someone needs to come up with a solution to make this work on mobile, as mobile traffic is where it's at these days.

Thank you for your review and sorry for the delayed reply. You're right that sometimes customer support is not our strong side. But we will try to make it better.

The plugin works correctly on mobile, we obligatorily test the plugin before every update on different devices. I will be glad to assist you to fix the issue of mobile devices on your website.
