Pre-sales questions: I have my store in pt-BR language, is it possible to translate the store page? Also, I have some specific fields for checkout that absolutely necessary for the store. Are they going to be taken into account? Finally, when a new order is placed will it be displayed on the my WP admin? I use Paypal adaptive as main payment method. Thanks.

I purchased this product, however I cannot login into support and the plugin needs to be reset. I incidentally deleted the tab from my facebook page. The plugin still shows that it is connected to a facebook tab, but it is not. When I click on the “preview page tab” in the settings, I am taken to this page https://www.facebook.com/seamstressfelicia/app/647486135400300/ and there is an error on it.

Hi I am having issues with social commerce bringing over my buddypress and membership fields to the left side bar? It brings not only all of my catagories of website but buddypress catagory choices from admin panel, following (2 catagories with blank pages) over 26 catagories in alphabetical but random choice order – FAQ page – Full Width Page? Home Layer Slider? All these catagories are on left side of shop page and totally confusing to customers.. how to delete these – do they affect the main website functions and woocommerce if I do? Thanks!

I posted this on the support forum two weeks ago and I have still not received a response. What gives?

I incidentally deleted the tab from my facebook page. The plugin still shows that it is connected to a facebook tab, but it is not. NO, CANCEL YES, I’VE REMOVED MY FACEBOOK PAGE TAB, NOW REMOVE ME FROM THE SYSTEM

When I click the the “yes” option, the page does absolutely nothing. It does not reload, I am not redirected…it just doesn’t move.

Please help with this.

The Facebook plugin works by displaying the exact inventory your have on your site, with a Facebook look and feel. It does not import/separate the content. They’re one in the same.

you didn’t get my point, I meant, that your work would help in multi-vendor, that’s each vendor in woocommerce would be able to see his product that located in his store into his face page too?

Glad you like it! Unfortunately Facebook does not allow for mobile support in their custom Facebook page tabs.

I have a suggested work around for this, you could build in mobile device redirect to a plain Facebook themed hosted page with the Facebook store.

If you build this in I’d and I’m sure a lot of more people would purchase your plugin.

I’m using a method like this on my Facebook page http://facebook.com/perfectgiftsau

By using a http://smarturl.it link in the store button, which detects if the user is mobile user or desktop user and fowards them to either Facebook store or mobile store.

hello the plugin does not work for me. when I click on “add to cart” then I get the message that the article has been added, but when I then see the cart, there is no article in the car.
