You unpleasantly surprised me, right after my message you raised the price of the extended license from $ 75 to $ 109. Do you seriously consider this behavior to be loyal to customers? No, I won’t buy from you 
Listen, think whatever you want, everybody bought this app under a Regular License, just this app, because IAP is included and you can do that. If you don’t want to do that, it’s your choice»not my fault
You’re allowed to buy this app under a Regular License, just don’t publish it as a PAID app, as I already said. Hope this helps and clears your mind.

I can, but then I can’t use in-app purchases. These are the Envato license rules.
In this case, you can buy this app under a Regular License. I can’t set a discount on Extended License prices, so, get the app under the Regular License, and don’t publish it as a paid app, use only IAP

Yes, iOS 13 compatible, and you can edit the code as you wish, I cannot help you with renevals though
whats the size when saving photos? Original size (eg 4000×3000) or reduced?
