I have checked everything thoroughly and am unable to reproduce the problem. The latest versions of plugins work fine and do not conflict with each other.
Please make sure you are using the latest plugins https://nimb.ws/KU1j8g
One of the possible reasons is plugins for caching. Try disabling them and see if the error goes away.
Unfortunately, having no other details about the error and not having access to the admin panel, I can not help much.

This plug-in is offered as a free download for the month of April however the regular licence purchase number says: FREE and it doesnt work when one wants to active the plug-in in Word Press and though the plug-in may still work there appears to be a panel missing … Any solution??

The reason for this is your PHP config of allow_url_fopen set to 0.

Yes, It’s really true. But first, your hosting/website needs to be hacked. Modern hosting services are reliable enough for security. You can simply ignore these errors. All this is needed to automatically update the plugin. But the functionality of smoothscroll will work.
